The more robust our heart is, the more robust muscle tissue is the body. One of the first signs of a weakening or atrophying heart muscle is a sort of flabbiness or loss of tone and strength of muscle elsewhere in the body.
Just as exercise strengthens muscle, so it strengthens the heart.
‘Hunter’s Brain’ is what my Granddad called the 5 points at which the heart and with it life energy is stimulated to heal and strengthen the heart and with it all the muscles of the body.
