Anxiety Triggered Inflammation – 3 Decisive Ways to Break the Cycle

Dear Ed,

Recently, the majority of inflammatory conditions I’ve been noticing have been anxiety triggered.

People feel helpless, Ed, when told to “just calm down,” and “Stop being anxious.” Once you’re actually breaking out in inflammations and allergies, and putting on water weight (fluid retention), that’s already the body saying that anxiety that should be expressed is being suppressed.

Unfortunately, Ed, despite decades of an unofficial movement stressing that emotions should be released instead of held in, in everyday reality, people still are constrained and held back. Continue reading

Thyroid Imbalance & Fidelity to Soul Frequency

How I always come back to Granddad’s words; Conv. with Granddad on how to balance the thyroid; The thyroid is an indicator of frequency stability; Sleep-Waking states; Forced frequency vs natural frequency; How do you know when you’re being manipulated?

Dear Ed,

Many times in my life, I’ve been told by the medical establishment that there’s no cure for me but hospitalization and life support till death. For example, just before the day I had two cardiac arrests on the same day at the age of 18, I had been told the only treatment for my condition was hospitalization and constant monitoring to prevent a heart attack which my body already weakened by years of heart trouble would not be able to recover from.

I was advised to face that I would never be able to do things others did – like climb up many stairs without stopping, do vigorous dancing, have sex, give birth, and so on.

My Granddad however would have none of it. He didn’t turn a hair about any of it. His rock-like confidence in the ability of my body to heal inspired me – well it was all I had then because everyone else was getting ready for my funeral anyhow.

From then on though, I began to respect what he said about things rather than what the women’s magazines and books I picked up at the news agency by people with a lot of Phd.s, said.

In my journey of healing, I’ve read and tried many forms of healing, and I’ve read up and studied mainstream biology and botany text books to a point you’d find it hard to find a student of those sciences has done.

The best research is done by a person who is actually life-threatened by a condition, rather than someone whose job it is.

But always Ed, I’ve hit walls, walls where “science” doesn’t make sense, where something supposed to work, doesn’t work, and then I’ve come back to what Granddad said. Luckily for me, I loved and adored him so much, I have in me the memory of even his breathing between his words. So now he’s moved on, I still remember what he said and taught me.

His confidence Ed, in the body’s ability to heal, if the spirit wants to heal… It’s just been a great foundation for me in my life and I suppose, it’s the one most important thing to pass on to others – because once our own spirit decides to heal, sooner or later, one way or another, we WILL.

Granddad demonstrated this to me in my body. He would say “Semper Fi.” That’s short for “Semper Fidelis”. Which means “Always (Semper) Loyal (Fidelis – fidelity)”. I recently found out that US Army veterans say that to each other a lot and think perhaps it’s an Army motto.

But Granddad would say it to me with many deep soul meanings, like, “I’ll always be loving you.”

One of those meanings he explained to me one day, was that, the body is always “Semper Fi” to the soul. And I was like, “Oh no!! I’m a mess then!” And he said, “

Your soul will never STAY a mess, my love. You are fed by a fresh eternal spring. Continue reading

Nervous Frequency Stability – Herbs, Holistic Attitude

The case of the raw pink pigmentation marks, diabetes, nervous system frequency; Herbs to 1) Strengthen the nervous system, 2) Repair Nerves and 3) Support Nervous Clarity; Granddad tells me how we can return to healing like our bodies healed in teenage years

Dear Ed,

I recently was reminded of the power of plant poisons in treating attacks on the energy field or nervous system frequency.

As someone who has been involved with herbal medicine one way or another all my life, it’s always been obvious to me that there are several conditions that are not addressed as simply as “this symptom can be cured by this herb.”

I knew this woman who wore slippers that sort of chafed at the skin of her feet and left marks. These showed as raw pink blotches on the skin, almost as if the flesh was exposed, but it was actually the color the skin took on. It was something not common and a whole lot of experts from doctors to naturopaths and homeopaths and acupuncturists all tried their hand.

At the tender age of 10, I decided it was caused by some spiritual force no one was willing to acknowledge. This is just our natural human instinct, because contrary to what we’ve been taught, o

ur lives are ruled by our spirit and our inner emotional climate. Ruled. Not influenced, RULED. Continue reading

Energy Field Assault Recovery and Building Resistance with Herbs

Energy Field Assault as a factor in the spread of contagious diseases, How Energy Field Assault is done, Protecting yourself and Recovering from Energy Field Assault , Building Resistance to Consciousness and Psychic Suggestion of Energy Field Patterns

Dear Ed,

These days a lot of independent research is being done into what exactly causes polarity based illnesses such as the common cold, flu and so on. The concept of germs as spreaders of these has never been fully accepted by anyone but the mainstream media.

I could list a whole lot of studies and books here by very respected scientists of mainstream education that question the ‘germ theory” on which the idea of modern epidemics is based, but I’ll stick with the way I see things.

How I see it, is that modern scientists are not smarter than my family who have been healers since time immemorial. I don’t think there’s anyone smarter than my Granddad John Waltham with his long long life’s journey collection of wisdom that served him well and healed so many others.

Germs are a brand new concept. In reality, they’re an idea, a theory.

Photographs of them – such as the current ones all over the place – are fictional – no one’s really seen them. There are micro-organisms that have been seen and these are appropriated to them, used artistically and so on.

You take any of the ancient fields of medicine – the concept of germs doesn’t exist.

What does exist is the concept of contagion or spreading disease through miasma or energy field assault coupled with consciousness or psychic suggestion.

This is common to all fields of ancient medicine and was the basic understanding all physicians applied as recently as the early decades of the 1900s.

When I was at university in Australia, there was a huge push for “Breast Cancer Awareness.” There was this big poster I would see everyday on the campus. I don’t remember the words exactly, but it said that the mother, sisters and daughters of someone who had breast cancer were three times more likely to develop it than those with no woman relative who had it.

I wondered then, why it wasn’t considered contagious. If it wasn’t contagious, and germs were not spreading it, how was it spreading?

A few years later, I read about a cancer epidemic in North India. It was such an epidemic that there was (and is) a train from Punjab to Mumbai called the “Cancer Train” because it’s full of cancer victims going to Mumbai for treatment. This is commonly available information. A few of those who looked into it, said it was because of the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers in the area.

Now I know that that’s very possible indeed. However, the modern farming practices of much of the surrounding area and world in general are pretty similar but it’s that area where things are so bad, they have a cancer train going out of there every week.

The more you look at it, you realize that’s there a way disease spreads that’s triggered by interaction with others but not through actual physical substances.

Chicken pox (which I had as a child), measles (also which I had, and was an experience very useful to me now because of the first hand experience) – these are all mysterious in the way they spread. They were supposed t be contagious but when I got the measles I was the only child I knew – on our street, or in school, who got it. These diseases, again, were not known to the ancient world.

Long story short, Ed, how these modern diseases are spreading is by

energy field assault, then mass consciousness or psychic and other suggestion delivered in the moment of weakness – making the body behave a certain way. Continue reading

Phantom Energy Body – Upper-Lower Body Disconnection

How energy from the lower body gets thwarted to form a static or phantom upper body energy throw that drains us; Emotional re-connection to Earth; Practice of connecting tongue to the roof of the mouth

Dear Ed,

I cannot tell you, how many times I found that the time in a person’s life when their physical health boomeranged out of control was when they were removed from their earth connection. Some moved away from their hometowns or homelands to a place where their activities did not allow them enough opportunity to reconnect to the earth.

Connecting to the earth isn’t just about walking bare-feet in the grass and physical exercises. It’s also emotional. It’s VERY emotional. As children we instinctively love our earth and trust it.

However when our life experience goes sour, or we get shocked by betrayal or a tragedy, our trust breaks. Our basic primal trust.

I know this because once in a moment of extreme trauma in my life, I found myself getting angry with my mother for not stopping it.

There have been times, my son as a baby yelled and screamed at me because his stomach was hurting. To him, everything that happened to him was because of me, for better or worse.

We have this primal connection to our mothers, and to the earth, where we get angry with them because they’re the ones holding us and feeding us.

The earth is feeding us all the time, we ARE earth, we are cells of earth. We ARE earth body.

Shock, trauma and loss of faith because of extreme sorrow, these we can subconsciously use to emotionally cut off from earth.

See Ed, as children, the earth teaches us things all the time. Most of us live by it. Then when tragedy hits us, we feel like what the earth, through our bodies, taught us was all wrong. This is no heaven of breeze and flowers and beautiful things. This is hell. And the world which is immune to the being of the earth and nature, that world is right. The things taught by the world of money and plastic things and bank accounts and the use of force; that world’s the way to survive.

I’m just giving you an example of the subconscious feelings one goes through when our faith in nature is hit by shock or tragedy.

Some people can remember when this happened to them. When they lost faith and cut off emotionally from the earth.

Some can’t because the trauma was hidden, or prolonged till it wore them down slowly to snapping quietly one day.

For a lot of people it was around the age of 9 or 10, just in-between childhood and puberty.

I wish, Ed, there were one simple fix for it. If I ever find it, I’ll tell the world about it.

But the fact is, there IS a way to heal but everyone has to find their own way to it.

I write this article because I find that just being aware of the problem releases the energy to start on that healing and re-connection path. Continue reading

Energy Field of Vervain for Electrical Grounding, Rehabilitation of Sensory Earth Energy Receptors

Here’s a really old painting (12th Century) showing a man holding the herb Vervain, subduing some sort of scary serpent who’s lying most deviously to him. Vervain helps the man see through the deception and know who is the enemy! Vervain is a nervine – which means a herb that helps calm and support the nervous system – just the thing to help you face challenges calmly and keep your nervous system strong.

How the energy field of Vervain electrically grounds the body; How we can be electrically grounded when we are not physically in contact with earth; Rehabilitation of sensory and sexual energy receptors; Getting back to using basic earth energy instead of mental energy

Dear Ed,

An herb so old in the consciousness is Vervain or Verbena Officinalis.

I almost got drunk on Vervain on a very hard day in my life when I poured way too much of the alcohol extract of it into my water bottle. You know my old bad habit of putting in more of something if I feel I need it more. I held my nerve alright, all day, but I did feel quite drunk a lot 😉 .

It’s an example of how not to take a herb. Never assume more of it will increase its effects. You can do that a few times in emergencies – when you have the actual leaf or infusion, not when its extracted into alcohol (makes you feel woozy headed and over friendly) or vinegar (makes you feel hungry, causes acidity).

To really amplify its effects on a holistic level for lasting healing, you take small or even tiny quantities of it, regularly over a long period, so you actually train yourself to be like it, and that habit becomes internalized into your own nature.

Vervain is one of those herbs which doesn’t have to be diluted too much for its energy field to be clear and stronger than its physical properties. Let’s say its physical properties at any time are never louder than its energy pattern.

All you need is one drop of the tincture or Extract of Vervain – to say 100 ml or 4 ounces or one cup of water. This gives strength to the nervous system in times of stress and the effect goes all the way through our nervous system to the last little fragile little nerve endings.

This is because of its energy pattern.

The energy pattern of Vervain is simply an electrically grounded point. It’s like the grounding wire in an electric plug. I mean this almost literally. It immediately electrically grounds our energy field. You have to try this to believe it.

When all your nerves are electrically all over the place, jumping and jerking about, nerve endings flailing wildly – reaction to shock, trauma ie. you take Vervain, and physically, your nervous system – which is basically an electric circuit, is grounded. The water of our body which also carries electric charge, calms down soon as well. Continue reading

Herbs for Oxygenation; Breathing Distress, Fatigue, Kidney Rehab, Diabetes, Edema etc.

absinthe-wormwood-medicinal
Absinthe is made from Wormwood  Picture Source

Letter to Ed about how cardiac stimulants like codeine and other opioids kill, and listing 7 herbs that help the blood carry oxygen better all around the body, for recovery from all the malarial “fever” symptoms like breathing distress; kidney disease, chronic fatigue and so on.

Ed, I recently read with anguish a historical account of what can now only be called murder. A woman struggling to recover from the loss of a child, was found low in energy soon after. Bedridden out of sorrow more than any physical problem, however, she was given a physical treatment for ‘dropsy’ – which is basically the swelling or water retention that is common after childbirth when a woman is not able to get back into normal movement which oxygenates the body.

This is often accompanied by pain – the sort of full body pain usual when you have the flu, or the sort that’s called “fibromyalgia”, or migraines, or liver pain.

Just as is well documented now, the heart stimulating treatment – codeine (an opiod drug) – used over a long period resulted in kidney disease, diabetes and other organ function and finally led to death as the body was unable to take the assault of higher and higher doses of the stimulant drug.

Anything that artificially stimulates the heart IS HARMFUL in the long term. Such treatments are to be used in times of extreme emergency only.

Mild stimulants like coffee, or herbal teas are really as far as one should go when there’s a long term problem.

STIMULANTS ARE NEVER THE ANSWER TO FATIGUE OR ENERGYLESS-NESS OR WEAKNESS OR PAIN.

I apologize for the caps Ed, but I’m writing as my heart wishes. People DIE because of misusing stimulants.

These days there is a lot of awareness about the danger and damage – and death caused by opioid drugs. In 2017 a Public Health Emergency caused by massive misuse and abuse of prescription opioid drugs was declared in the USA and in 2018 a huge initiative to stop the abuse of opioid drugs was launched.

While opioids have been called out to some extent, there are other anti-inflammatory drugs – such as Ibuprofen – that are still being used where they shouldn’t be and causing serious kidney, pancreatic and other damage.

Too often Ed, in moments of desperation, we end up taking treatments that are damaging to the body – and unfortunately nearly all allopathic drugs are damaging when taken more than perhaps a day or two in times of emergencies. They’re violent Ed, there’s no other way to put it. They’re not recognized as natural by the body and are the equivalent of a knife cutting the body and taking something out. That procedure might have its uses sometimes, but on an everyday basis, that’s just murder.

What always wrenches my heart Ed, is how easy it is to recover from almost anything, with herbs – just normal herbs that are nowhere near as expensive as prescription drugs and most certainly won’t kill you or damage your organs. They take a little longer no doubt, the healing process isn’t very pretty or posh; But they work.

I have tried these herbs Ed, and I write about them because I know how powerful they are.

Cases of atony, or unresponsiveness of the system, breathing insufficiency, clamminess, Ed, of the palms, soles of the feet, chronic scarring – wounds and scars that take forever to heal, and a feeling of “thickness” or hardness of tissues here and there, PHOTOSENSITIVITY – or not being able to handle sunlight without crazy allergic reactions (a lot more than sunburn, or the tendency to get tanned real quick) – these are all signs of =&0=&.

Think unexplained unresponsiveness, lack of motivation, chronic fatigue, kidney disease, liver disease… any organ dysfunction.

In all these situations, the first thing to do is increase oxygen supply to the body.

Naturally fresh air, is SUPER important. But aside from fresh air, here’s what can help:

Herbs for Oxygenation of Tissues

1) Artimisia Absinthium or Wormwood

While this herb was used to make a most abrasive drink called “absinthe” historically (it didn’t have a very good reputation) taken as a medicine – as tea or tincture or in oil, this is one of the most amazing aids to oxygenation in the body.

No matter what the problem, supporting circulation, releasing knots in the nervous system is only going to help. I have it on my kitchen counter in a bottle of vinegar for any emergency.

A close relative – which works very much the same is Southernwood or Artimisia Abrotanum, native to the US.

When you take this herb, in a decent restrained dose, it’s just as good as any painkiller – believe it or not, it’s sometimes worked on the level of cannabis, and without the after-effects on the nervous frequency where the body has to come back down to normal frequency.

I have used it in pregnancy safely, with only good reports, and used it to aid natural birth in dogs.

Any time there’s clamping, clamming, coagulation of tissues, difficulty breathing for example, it’s a great first aid.

Just a very little is enough. You’re interacting with a living being of consciousness here. You just need to come in touch with the consciousness of Artimisia Absinthium.

2) Papaya Leaf

Now I know this is not something available that easy but I’m writing about it anyway, because who knows Ed, the world might change – it’s changing a lot. I ought to mention what works whether it’s available easy at the time of writing it or not.

Ed, papaya leaf is famous in the tropics – or used to be before the medical system choked out memory of home remedies – for healing the acute drop in blood platelets that’s been associated with malarial fever for nearly a century now.

It is my belief that before the bio-terrorism weapons of today – viruses and the like – mosquitoes unleashed early in the previous century were a form of bio-terrorism.

We have a whole lot of documentation of malaria-like diseases described in history, “mal-aria” meaning “BAD AIR” in Italian (ie. lack of oxygenation) but it was only around 1882 that the mosquito insect was identified as a carrier of the parasite that causes the range of symptoms associated with “BAD AIR”.

An interesting round up of the history of Malaria is here – published by Duke’s University. The page mentions how Chinese physicians were treating BAD AIR with surprise surprise WORMWOOD. But apparently, the World Health Organization believed that treatment to be “lost”, (how convenient is that, Ed?) and decided to use DDT worldwide in swamp areas, instead in “the fight against Malaria”. Another stunning display of brilliance and good intentions towards all mankind of course, funded by US taxpayer money.

We now have DDT resistant mosquitoes, the WHO still hasn’t “found” wormwood or papaya leaf – the South Asian traditional treatment for BAD AIR, and swamp life world over is threatened as the poisons unleashed through DDT have generational effects on the nervous systems of humans and animals worldwide.

But coming back to Papaya Leaf. Ed, in a situation where simply opening a window won’t help a person breathe deep, where it’s not a case of cramping of the lungs such as is common in asthma and bronchitis, where treatments given to kill infection are not helping the lungs return to their normal function, in those situations the extract of papaya leaf is powerful. It directly treats the blood, raising blood platelet levels quickly.

It’s a form of first aid I’ve depended on so much Ed, that it’s part of my Super Antioxidant Mix which I give as a tonic for every serious ailment I treat. Especially when there’s long term debilitation involved.

I believe there are some sellers out there who ship payapa leaf worldwide. But it would be just as easy to get some seeds off amazon or ebay – get the non-hybrid, organic type -you don’t want seedless papayas. They’re so easy to grow in a pot even. In a few months you’ll have some young leaves – don’t take all – just a small handful will do. You chop those up and put them into a bottle of say 500ml of vinegar. If you’ve got everclear or high alcohol rum or vodka, great. I prefer vinegar because I’m used to it and it’s the form I’ve used the most. Vinegar retains minerals which alcohol doesn’t. But alcohol has its medicinal effects on the lungs which can be helpful for breathing distress. In a few weeks you should an extract strong enough.

A few drops of this is powerful medicine to oxygenate the body.

3) Parthenium Grass

A plant classified as an invasive species is so powerful an oxygenator Ed, that I consider it THE winning ingredient of my melanoma skin cancer (spreading warts) treatment. It’s action is only rivaled by high THC cannabis oil or Bloodroot Salve – both of which are hard to come by or illegal in some countries.

In situations where there is tissue hardening (adhesions) where there is the build-up of scar tissue from repeat wounds, Parthenium Hysterophorus slowly causes the area to become open to proper blood circulation.

I have had it as a tea on an every day basis – about three pinches of the dried leaves in 2 cups of water – and found it relieving pain caused by sitting in one position for a long time – not to mention all the benefits of improved oxygenation.

It is excellent for those who are or have been bed-ridden, or who have to work at a desk job sitting long hours.

An indication of its suitability for someone is, they’re often claustrophobic.

4) Cinchona Tree Bark

Identified by South Americans to treat malarial fever and all other such maladies a long time ago, the extract of bark called ‘Quinine’ has been used for over a century for all kinds of fevers.

Whatever sort of fever was going around back in the day, quinine dealt with it all. It is available in most stores, sometimes called “China”.

I’ve found it especially useful for those who get overwhelmed by crowds. The condition where you feel like you just came to the city from the country and everything’s too noisy, to loud too overwhelming.

It is strengthening, for those recovering from strenuous energy situations such as surgery, pregnancy, childbirth, an accident, a personal tragedy and so on.

Ed, it’s high time personal life tragedies be treated on the same level as road accidents and surgeries.

5) Chanca Piedra – Phyllanthus Niruri

This one is so bitter, I think it’s even more bitter than Neem leaf. I’ve never succeeded in giving it to Gabriel. It’s so unbelievably bitter Ed. But there are those who need it.

Look how delicate and sweet it looks – growing wild in a crack under the wall here. Don’t believe its looks!

It’s called ‘stone breaker’ for a reason. It breaks down stones – gall stones, kidney stones… you name it.

Ed, I was around someone who had gall stones and had a gall attack where the stones block the gall duct. You don’t want you or anyone you know – friends or enemies – to be in that situation.

Once or twice a year, have some Chanca Piedra as a preventative – a pinch of the powder once a day for 3-4 weeks – just to clear out any build up.

It does this by oxygenating the body.

6) Pata De Vaca – Bauhinia

A famous kidney healer, its leaves are shaped like kidneys – or lungs. This one changes the smell of the body in a few days as it oxygenates the body and causes the release of blocked up “airs” everywhere.

It is pure strength for the kidneys and other organs as well. It’s very gentle in its working – nothing drastic. Just basic angelic support. It’s part of every kidney support treatment I make because it’s just that good for EVERYONE.

7) Acorus Calamus – Sweetflag

I’ve heard all kinds of different accounts about Acorus Calamus. I never really remember what others say about it though. I’ve even heard that it’s banned or going to be in the US.

What can I testify to, is the sheer oxygenation power of this herb simply by balancing body temperature. One of the biggest impediments to blood give-and-take between organs and tissues and blood vessels, is differences in temperature in different parts of the body.

Those who sing often – especially performers – know the value of warming their throats and chests up to sing properly in the early mornings. The quality of the voice depends on air coming up from the lungs not encountering cold pockets.

Acorus Calamus is famous supporter of speech and voice function because of how it helps normalize body temperature (among other strengths).

No matter which treatment you’re taking, a little Acorus Calamus will help the body come down to a common temperature making that treatment able to work.

It is also an aid to de-stressing as a lot of stress is because of erratic blood circulation caused by temperature differences between various parts of us.

8) Lantana

Lantana is a powerful agent of oxygenation. It has an article all to itself here:

Lantana – Lungs-Liver-Sexual Blocks, Radiation Flu Recovery Continue reading

Herbs for Overworked Brains

There are some people who never have brain burnouts; calm people who fall in the categories of low intelligence and the very intelligent. If you’re one of the lucky ones this article is not for you.

This is for those who tend to use their brains in manic ways to the point where they feel burned out, their heads literally over heated.

Brain stress and burnout isn’t caused just by overthinking. The brain can get wound up and overworked hormonally, through the effect of drugs that stimulate the glands in the brain. The brain can get over-heated dealing with the sudden demands of the body in dealing with hormonal changes like puberty, pregnancy, even changes in the temperature around us.

Spring fever, the onset of summer, the brain freeze of winter coming on quicker than usual – all these can over-work the brain.

Brain stress is also caused by compromised blood circulation such as caused a heavy meal or a sluggish liver.

Let’s get straight to it.

My Top 7 Herbs for Overworked Brains

White Willow Bark – Salix Alba

The original source of Aspirin, and a pain reliever, I have used it to relieve all kinds of pain. No matter what sort of brain burn-out you’re experiencing, White Willow Bark, through its gentle effect of calming erratic blood circulation, will help.

5 -10 drops in a cup of water is usually enough. Try to get some sleep or do things that don’t require brain work, and then take another dose when the pain starts.

St. John’s Wort – Hypericum

Also a pain reliever, St.John’s Wort is what I call a ‘cheerer’ of the system. There is this state of consciousness a body (and brain) fall into because of fatigue that never really goes away. A sort of listlessness that hangs on from day to day that shows up in a dull ache in the nervous system that can flare up every now and then.

The nerves have got their share of housekeeping and self repair to do, but in this state of affairs most of that gets put aside simply because of the general lack of hope.

St. John’s Wort acts like an old friend come around to cheer everyone up and take the mind off those same old depressing thoughts that lead nowhere in the end.

5-10 drops in a cup of water is enough. Or tea.

Borage – Borago Officinalis

They call it the ‘courage’ herb. It’s for when you feel overloaded and overwhelmed and the main cause of the stress is the stress itself.

Those for example who are stressed out because they’re too stressed out to find a solution to a problem. They know they have to stop being stressed out, but they’re too stressed out to find a solution to being stressed out so they can find a solution to the problem.

Short circuiting if you will – everything feels like it comes back to square one. The person goes around in thought loops, saying the same things every few hours, coming to the same conclusions, and then back on the merry-go-round in the same pattern over and over.

It takes a sort of spark or energy to get out of the loop, and that is a matter of the heart, rather than a matter of the head.

You see a thinking process that does not have the heart and feeling and passion involved, is bound to short circuit. We’re just not made to be robots. We cannot solve problems like robots do.

We need the spark of emotion or nothing will make sense eventually. Our thought processes need to be grounded and connected to our feelings, what we really care about. Continue reading

Increase Nerve Force with Herbs, Food & Lifestyle Changes

One of the first signs of the process commonly called ‘premature aging’, is simply a decrease in nerve force.

Nerve force, very simply is the energy with which electrical signals go from one nerve cell to another.

When we find ourselves reacting to something slowly and with tiredness it means our nerve force is less.

If we are not able to react to sensory stimulation and enjoy things, our nerve force is less.

It is literally the speed at which the communication between the parts of the body is happening.

When our nerve force is low, the nervous signals feel like they’re going at the speed of postal mail versus email.

While there are many causes of it, from lack of enough sleep to fatigue caused by repetitive stress, to emotional shock caused by loss or grief, the human body is capable of adapting to a situation and maintaining nerve force.

A lot of the time food, drink, even herbs and other holistic treatments are used to artificially increase nerve force through adrenaline shocking the body, stressing the kidneys and surging the nervous system. The body reacts with chronic fatigue as it resists what it considers

artificial stimulation as not something in the body’s memory of what’s natural Continue reading

Herbal Super Nervine Mix for Emergencies & Trauma Support

One morning a month ago, I woke up earlier than usual and as has happened many times in my life, I felt a herb calling me, telling me to make a ‘Super Nervine’ mix. Now I hate to make treatments without knowing who I am making them for, and moderately confident that they’ll take every last drop too. You see, herbs even if they’re not expensive, my herbs, are precious. I care about every last little while I extract them, how I keep them, I love them, truly. So I hate making mixes if there’s a chance they won’t be used or won’t be used fully.

But I know better than to ignore a call from a herb telling me to do something so I made the mix.

Two hours later, Uzzi, who helped me in my work, and who I depended on so much, died in his sleep.

I’m still too close to the incident to speak any more about it.

But there was this new mix I’d made, sitting right there, and I took it.

As Uzzi’s only known living relative, I was the one that had to do all that has to be done when someone dies suddenly like that.

I spent the day at a hospital, outside a post-mortem place, a morgue, and then a cremation place. From about 8 in the morning to 10.30pm in the night with a little child, I was called on to perform some excruciatingly difficult things like answer police questions and fill out any number of reports and forms.

That was all nothing compared to having to wait outside a morgue that stank (you can imagine what it stank of) for more than five hours with a little boy.

It was so hard to maintain a clear head, even to keep standing on my feet.

It was one difficult day. But I had this little bottle with me that I took a few drops from every 2 or 3 hours, and every time I did it was an instant help.

I just have to share it with you because it worked so well and everyone needs something like this at hand – you never know when you need it. You don’t need a HUGE tragedy for it to help you. I’ve used the recipe since that morning for others with great results.

In any situation where you need very very serious and immediate nervous support, this will help.

If something happens and you’re a family or a group of people, you put a few drops into a jug of water, or into the water cooler or somewhere you can dispense water from and have everyone drink it for some hours at least.

To make the treatment, what you need is a clean empty bottle (a dropper bottle is convenient, as is a spray bottle) of anything from an ounce to 4 ounces (25 – 100ml). You put in the herbal tinctures and fill the rest up with spring water, or distilled water, or tap water (this goes off in a day or two in warm weather if you don’t keep it refrigerated). I use colloidal silver water which is a great help as immune support in emergencies, especially when you’re in environments like hospitals where you’re exposed to antibiotic-resistant organisms.
