The case of the raw pink pigmentation marks, diabetes, nervous system frequency; Herbs to 1) Strengthen the nervous system, 2) Repair Nerves and 3) Support Nervous Clarity; Granddad tells me how we can return to healing like our bodies healed in teenage years
I recently was reminded of the power of plant poisons in treating attacks on the energy field or nervous system frequency.
As someone who has been involved with herbal medicine one way or another all my life, it’s always been obvious to me that there are several conditions that are not addressed as simply as “this symptom can be cured by this herb.”
I knew this woman who wore slippers that sort of chafed at the skin of her feet and left marks. These showed as raw pink blotches on the skin, almost as if the flesh was exposed, but it was actually the color the skin took on. It was something not common and a whole lot of experts from doctors to naturopaths and homeopaths and acupuncturists all tried their hand.
At the tender age of 10, I decided it was caused by some spiritual force no one was willing to acknowledge. This is just our natural human instinct, because contrary to what we’ve been taught, our lives are ruled by our spirit and our inner emotional climate. Ruled. Not influenced, RULED.
Years passed by and every now and then I’d see the woman and notice those marks were still there. It began to trouble me a lot. Why had none of the doctors been able to cure her?
Now if a person is truly sincere in asking a question, it is my belief that God reveals the answer in life, in dreams soon enough. I never allow God any rest till my questions are answered. And I’ve never been able to tolerate anyone continuing to suffer from anything around me. If we cannot solve our health problems, there’s just no point of anything…
I can’t believe in anything if I can’t believe in healing.
God showed me one day as I was dozing off, that attacks on our energy field ie. for example someone psychically attacking you or even radiation assault or even a poison ingested; change our nervous system frequency and this causes an imbalance in the chemicals or hormones of our body. If the body is repeatedly attacked, or the body takes on what is a reactionary pattern as its habit, then we consistently muck up our hormones.
I was sort of confused…. because that was all general stuff… But why were those marks on her feet not going? It was years since she’d worn the offending slippers that left those marks.
It took me a few years more and several chance meetings to understand it. The marks weren’t going because the body’s frequency was not conducive to the normalization of pigment levels in the skin. That was just the surface manifestation of the body’s retaining large amounts of sugar in the blood – otherwise called diabetes (this was confirmed by an official diagnosis).
And the diabetes was just the surface manifestation of the nerves being in such a frequency as to not allow the body to do housekeeping jobs.
It is a common experience of humans – when you’re attacked and haven’t recovered, or are being attacked regularly, you’ll know it from the state of your home.
The psyche simply doesn’t allot energy for housekeeping tasks when we’re under attack.
It is an incredibly draining and difficult task for a person under energy field or vibrational assault to change their nervous frequency to dusting and washing and scrubbing things. Often when they manage to do it, it’s done only under severe duress or because the person simply has to and over the years, housekeeping itself becomes a painful and bad experience because of its association with stress.
Those undergoing regular or constant energy field assault tend to retain the marks of their war on their skin and in their bodies.
Now you’d think the solution would be to change the frequency of the nervous system to a calmer one and hold it there. The allopathic psychiatric approach does just that through the use of chemicals that manually alter the hormonal state of the body to maintain the nervous system at a dull stable frequency.
This could help people to get on with their work and so on. But it does take a toll on the body and spirit, because whether it’s chemicals or herbs or any sort of therapy, if it doesn’t match the consciousness of the person, the consciousness will work against it and find a way to get the body back to representing it in all its chaos.
Now this is where the real power of herbs come in. Because unlike chemicals in pills, herbs have consciousness. And consciousness can only be healed by consciousness.
This is why since time immemorial, humans have looked to nature for healing. Because nature has consciousness.
It is a real powerful thing – the way herbs can help rehabilitate – REHABILITATE the nervous system to maintaining a frequency conducive to healing.
These are these herbs – used for millenia to rehabilitate the nervous system.
Nervous System Strengtheners
Ashwagantha or Winter Cherry, Cactus Grandiflora (First aid for frequency shifts!), Hawthorne
Herbs for Nerve Repair
All good fat including meat fat, Olive Oil, Comfrey (Symphytum Officinale), Mugwort (All the Artimisia family stimulate nerve healing while helping recovery of nerve endings from electric surges and dips.); Wild Lettuce, White Ginger, Mistletoe, Vervain, Vetiver, Horse Radish (believe it or not!)
A note here: The nerve endings we have in our gut are the first to be damaged because they’re the ones that deal with poisons in food and food that’s not natural (which is poison). They work a LOT. If we heal the nerve endings in our digestive system, we’ve most likely healed 80% of so of all damaged nerves in our bodies.
The simplest way to cuddle and cushion the nerve endings in our digestive system is good fat and oils. You look at anyone who added good fat and oils to their diet, the peace is on their faces in days.
Fat in meat and vegetarian foods like avocado are obviously not the evil refined oil, and we don’t need to completely slather our insides with them to feel good, a little had regularly is enough.
A traditional medicine to heal nerve endings in the gut, is a two tablespoons of any good fat directly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. It’s been recommended used with vinegar or lime juice to lose belly fat. However you don’t need to add the vinegar or lime juice – which drastically raise the metabolic rate and could tire you, to have the weight balancing benefits of having oil like that.
Weight imbalances are basically the nervous frequency not being conducive to housekeeping, staying in a state of trauma, so whatever we do to balance nervous frequency ultimately results in weight balance.
Nervous System CLARIFIERS
What are these? These are herbs that support the nerve endings in CLARIFYING signals. This means instead of a nerve not knowing what the hell its sensing, and being confused, keeping energy static or surging again and again, the nerve recognizes and understands and passes the signal on.
Most people with strong healthy nerves who nevertheless have various conditions associated with a vacillating nervous frequency, just need to support nervous clarity.
How do nerves stop being clear? Suppression of instinct.
How do we heal them? Stop suppressing instinct.
Any training that taught us to suppress our awareness and instinct, affected our nerve endings’ natural function negatively.
Herbs that help rehabilitate our nerve endings for clarity here are the Basil family (Tulsi, Sweet Basil etc.), Gotu Kola, Houseleek or Sempervivum, Cypripedium (relieves nerve ending pain), Acorus Calamus (famous for helping speech and singing), Licorice (savior of those with Irritable Bowel Syndome and nerves in the gut that react violently to anything and everything), Dandelion (the good Lord made it for those who don’t know why they’re angry or with whom), Molasses (for the unfortunate among us whose nerves are so confused they react the same to both good things and bad things), Vetiver (for confusion in whether one wants to go to the toilet or not) and the world famous POPPY – which helps nerve endings release signals that they were holding onto because they didn’t quite understand them yet; and CANNNABIS for those whose nerves are magnetized in confusion and terror.
Honorable Mentions – Herbs good for every need of the nervous system
St. John’s Wort (Hypericum) – good for everything – pain relief, nerve repair… everything.
Yarrow (Achilacea Millifolium) – yeah.. everything.
Willow Bark… yeah good for everything. Can’t harm you.
And SPECIAL honorable mention:
STRAWBERRIES – Good for everything
It’s true though. You take anyone with any nervous system problem and get them to eat strawberries everyday or a vinegar infused with strawberries – and they’re different people in a few days.
The fake strawberry flavor we’ve gotten used to has nothing of the heart lifting joy as the fruit itself.
You know what’s amazing Ed, is that actually we are surrounded by things that help heal us, and most of us can get those without spending too much money either. Every culture has their own healing foods available right there. But we’re just cut off from our instinct and from our traditional knowledge of how to help ourselves.
There was this man who used to grow and sell organic carrots in a tourist place I visited in the mountains. He said to me, “Our family uses these carrots for all our medicinal needs. We have no health problems.”
Our urban or semi-urban lives are a little more complicated, but we have opportunities too and we can use our instinct to find what calms us and helps us hold our peace and nervous frequency through the ups and downs of our lives.
That’s all we really need to do – get back to a stable nervous frequency conducive to healing.
Now that I’ve told you which herbs help support the nervous system in maintaining a stable frequency, I have to add an important dimension to this article, the real reason I started writing this to you in the first place was this.
One woman asked me, “Do you ever think I’ll be able to get my body back to healing naturally like I used to heal in my teenage years?”
I asked Granddad about it. He said, “Could she ever return to being passionate like she used to be in her teenage years?”
I said, “Granddad people don’t change. Those who were passionate when young, are always passionate. Look at you!”
He smiled like he was so ancient and wise and said, “Replace the word passionate with enjoyment.”
So I did. “Those who enjoyed things when they were young, always enjoy things.”
It hit me – that wasn’t true. People stop enjoying things like they used to before.
I was so dumbfounded because I know how it is… If I had to ride a cycle downhill today I wouldn’t enjoy it like I did as a child or teen. I’d be thinking of all the things on my work list. I’d be worried about whether I looked fatter than I should riding a cycle.
In mourning I asked Granddad, “Is it possible for someone to enjoy themselves as they did as a child or teen? How do you?”
He said to me, “Cara, my love, if you find out that you deserve all the pleasure in the world, you’ll take it when it comes. If you’re in doubt, you’ll hold back.”
I said, “But what if it’s dangerous. Like what if, I could get hurt now doing something I didn’t know I could get hurt from before?”
Granddad asked me, “If you knew you could get hurt before, would you still have done it?”
“Hell yes,” I smiled.
“Well, there you go,” he said leaning back. “You got to learn to take your pleasure from between the jaws of the crocodile if you have to, because it’s yours, it’s your right.”
I remembered what Granddad said when I saw this video yesterday on the internet. This man in Florida – an alligator got his dog. He made that alligator open its mouth and let his dog go.
It’s a spiritual thing. It’s a natural thing. When someone hurts the ones we love oh how we destroy them to rescue our loved ones. But when it comes to our own selves we think it’s alright to live in a twilight zone, not enjoying what we can enjoy.
We’re so programmed by culture and religion and these days even “Safety guidelines” to consider everything else more important than our human right to enjoy life in the body.
In reality, everything in our lives, including our energy to love those who we love, our energy to heal and be healthy, our energy to play our role in the big picture, to fulfill our destiny, everything comes down to our getting pleasure and enjoyment – that which is our human right, the food of our soul.
We have to do what it takes to start expecting pleasure and enjoyment of life and knowing it’s our right and getting it.
So here’s the summary of this article: to recover and maintain nervous system frequency to support recovery from diabetes, chronic skin problems etc., get herbs to help, but more importantly, reclaim your right to enjoy life.
I leave you with a picture of Mountain Houseleek or Sempervivum (means – Always alive) Montanum (of the mountains):
