Some months ago I wrote about how the quality of blood cells being made in the body lessens drastically when faced with shock, trauma or a life not satisfying to the spirit.
I recommended the simple exercise where you feel your heart beat. Exercises of awareness are so simple, yet their power is amazing and doing them is so worth the few minutes they take.
When you look at it very close, the core of blood building function is a strong robust balanced heart beat. Support heart beat strength and you’re healing everything everywhere. The heart beat is what pushes life all around.
Now here is an example of something like the ultimate blood building function rehab tonic. I made it recently for a child recovering from heavy radiation. Radiation is a shock and the anemia it produces is one of the hardest types of anemia to treat as the very blood making function of the body is compromised.
This recipe provides for very serious intense blood building rehabilitation. It works almost immediately and can change the homeostasis of the body around quite drastically over a few weeks when taken regularly.
Where a person has not been able to respond to other medicine due to extreme weakness, this mix will provide the SOS help required to make the person rally.
In any emergency where is weakness caused by shock of any sort, this would be excellent first aid.

We just had a wonderful flowering season after many years of Mountain Ebony. I could tell you all kinds of ways it helps the body but all you really need to know and remember is, it helps a scared or shocked or weak heart, keep beating. It increases heart beat strength. When this happens, automatically the rest of the body which takes its cue from the heart starts healing itself.
There’s this gap sometimes in the consciousness between what a person wants and them being able to invest the energy in that direction. Fear could be stopping us from crossing the bridge from dreaming into doing, or maybe a sense of insufficiency. Most often though, it’s fatigue. Long term, adrenal fatigue seems like something you just cannot get rid of.
But I can tell you from experience, that it’s quite easy to get rid of and one botanical that helps big-time is Mountain Ebony.

Pomegranate leaf is a nervine in its own right; a strong decoction of the leaves can induce and support restful recuperative sleep.
Pomegranate bud is a tightener of the blood vessels – something like a astringent. It just tightens them up to stop leaking and slow passage of blood. It increases the strength of the vein walls and this contributes to an overall feeling of strength and vitality almost immediately.
A most beautiful flower that blooms in the late afternoon and evenings, Quis Qualis supports the lymphatic system, the parts of us that make white blood cells that fight infection in the body and keep us in order.
Both the above are healers in their own right. Herbs extracted into them tend to work on a more holistic level than herbs extracted into alcohol. Black Plum or Damson Plum Vinegar is a powerful dose of immunity restorative nutrition for the body.
This recipe could be improved upon depending on your requirements. Many people need Mistletoe to help balance hormonal levels – it works wonderfully in combination with Mountain Ebony for hormonal balance.
Many others benefit from Milk Thistle, Dandelion and other liver function support to further support blood circulation.
The more robust our heart is, the more robust muscle tissue is the body. One of the first signs of a weakening or atrophying heart muscle is a sort of flabbiness or loss of tone and strength of muscle elsewhere in the body.
Just as exercise strengthens muscle, so it strengthens the heart.
‘Hunter’s Brain’ is what my Granddad called the 5 points at which the heart and with it life energy is stimulated to heal and strengthen the heart and with it all the muscles of the body.
The Hunter is the opposite of the hospital bed patient.
If you want to heal your heart, a point comes when you have to stimulate it gently into working again, rather than keeping it in an un-stimulated ‘safe’ state – that isn’t really safe because it will get worse without exercise.
Sunlight in our eyes, tells the heart, “We’re alive. Wake up, come on. It’s time to get going.”
The people who get enough sunlight, have healthier hearts. People with weak hearts nearly ALWAYS feel better in the sunlight and take a turn for the better if they get regular sunlight.
Sunlight therefore supports the heart muscle’s ability to expand fully. I’ve seen it work as good as a blood dilating drug for children with heart conditions, specifically those with myopathy (degeneration or weakening of the heart muscle).
Herbs which thrive in full light support the heart though they’re not the traditional first line of treatment for heart problems. Those just happen to look like the sun as well. Dandelion, Calendula, Marigold, Sunflower.
If it looks like the sun, it helps the heart expand.
Once the heart muscle expands, it contacts automatically. As it does so, the lungs expand taking in a good amoutn of air and then release it. A nice good rousing exercise for the entire body.
We’ve got pressure sensors at the soles of our feet. These pressure sensors report to the heart and the heart responds by expanding and contracting with more vigor, pushing blood to the muscles to strengthen them to walk on or do whatever it is we have to do.
It’s quite easy to tell the state of a person’s general muscle condition by how firm the soles of their feet are. One of the first signs of death is the soles going flabby.
Rub your soles together as you sit, massage them, push them against an exercise ball, or stand up on the front part of your feet like a ballerina and then fall back on your heels giving your whole body a start. Feel your hell grinding into the ground as you walk.
This is the area that’s the equivalent of the heel of the foot.
The pressure sensors here tell the heart you’re doing heavy work and need more robust blood supply.
Kneading dough is one way to support the heart and muscles everywhere as it exercises this area. But there are other things to do, clapping, rubbing the base of both palms together, massaging them, using one of those small squeezy balls, doing push-ups putting pressure on this area.
If you have severe muscle atrophy the return of sensation to this area could even be painful so go slow.
The back of the neck is, in our time, a highly stressed area. It’s a place with environmental sensors. It’s where we feel it when we have to turn around suddenly, where we feel it when someone’s staring at us from behind.
Heart tension and pain can be relieved by massaging this area, and wonderfully enough, the heart can be stimulated by massaging it, enlivening it.
For those who have spent months in hospital with heart problems, even though this area is often tender and hypersensitive, pressing here, helps the body get back muscle tone by stimulating the heart.
When we press this Hunter’s Brain point, we are telling the heart, “I need to live, I need to work in this environment, I want to use my instincts, now come on, make it happen.”
The butt’s got pressure sensors connected straight to the heart.
Any kind of heart condition where there’s been shock involved, is relieved by pressuring the butt. Massage would work well, but sitting on a hard surface and rocking back and forth seems to have the quickest results.
Those with angina or heart pain will find it giving pain relief almost instantly as it comforts the nerve endings in the heart muscle.
When the Hunter sits down, the message goes to the heart, “We’re alright. We’re alright. Yes it’s been hard but we’re alright.”
This triggers off all kinds of healing processes in the body, especially for those with overworked nerves.
The Heart triggers off hormone production in the body. It’s the truth we’re not told because it would end the pharma industry that sells artificial and second hand hormones and hormone triggers.

A disruption in the translation from feelings to hormones causes depression. The person feels things but cannot translate them into mental realization and physical response which is the completion of the cycle.
The most common reason for this disruption is emotional suppression. If you don’t let yourself feel what you’re feeling, you’ll not allow the cycle of hormones to go fully through you.

The Hearth was what the place near the fire in the center of a house used to be called, where the warmth went from to every corner, where the food was cooked.
The scientists have it that there’s a difference in the frequency between the heart and the earth, but in truth and in functional reality, the frequency of the heart is the frequency of the earth, and therefore the frequency of reality here.
You are not doing yourself a service of any sort when you suppress or evade the frequency of your heart in which you feel emotional. In fact to move out of that zone of feeling, is to move out of the zone where healing, intuition, instinct, life energy feed you.
If you want to deal with a situation, the first step to it is facing the reality of it. You cannot solve a problem until you actually see what it is. You cannot fight a battle if you don’t look at the battlefield, at your enemies, who is with you, who is for you, who is against you.
You need reality, and that reality cannot be assessed with the head and the sense organs. The world famous ‘sixth sense’ is just the Heart, is emotion.
When I was a teenager I was very enamored by the whole ‘open your third eye’ movement. Overnight I became a sort of minor celebrity and was called ‘psychic’. I was invited all over the place to peoples’ houses and people would come to my place all hours of day and night to get me to go to their house, or a sick person or help them choose a location for their house and so on.
Then I found the expectations were unfair to me and the situation became very abusive for me, because the truth is, I could only know stuff about those I care about, not those I don’t care truly about. And to be honest, I don’t care for just anyone. I’m just not Mother Teresa. I cannot control who I care about and who I don’t care about, it doesn’t go by logic at all, it’s something beyond the mind and rationality.
All humans, animals, plants, all living beings are ‘psychic’ when they love and care deeply about something. Some people love and care a little more than others, and maybe therefore are a little more perceptive but that’s how it is.
But that frequency, the frequency of the heart is what you need for your own life, for your safety, as your guide in the maze in of life.
Trauma and pain can make us temporarily move out of the heart frequency, but it really ought to be very very temporary, or we will stay out of reality frequency and make life moves based on lies and non-reality, that will keep us stalled.
And the hormones released by the heart will become poison in the body as they do not get processed the right and natural way.
Besides the fact that the vibrations of the heart trigger off hormone triggers in the brain – for example falling in love or meeting a loved one triggers off the release of pleasure hormones in the body; besides that sort of thing, that the heart itself directly produces hormones has been known for a long while.
All kinds of problems start as a result of the hormones of the heart not flowing out.
In fact, whether modern science acknowledges or not, and some groups do, the hormones released by the heart directly chemically play a role in the hormonal environment of the body. Important functions like growth and development – which means the development of sexual and reproductive mechanisms, brain health and so on, are triggered by and affected by hormones from the heart.
As a tiny little example – here are two research papers that talk about the affect of the hormones produced by the heart – ANF, ANP and BNP (don’t worry about the long forms) on growth, immune system management, inflammatory response.

That is just the very tip of the iceberg. If all that scientists knew about the heart were published, it would cause the overturn and the end of the modern pharma industry that is based on providing the body with substances it can produce itself, if triggered by the HEART.
But the heart with its primal sensory system called FEELINGS isn’t about to get any promotion from anyone out only to make money, as feelings and the heart are not something you can switch on and off, or put into pills, even though they keep trying century after century to do just that.
Your own heart’s feelings are your home food hormones for healing and hormonal balance.
It’s like home food. Any real doctor advises his patients, if they want to truly recover and be healthy, to eat home food, ie. food cooked at home. There’s the emotional aspect of it that nothing else can replace.
If someone makes ‘home food’, the second they package it and sell it, it stops being ‘home food’ anymore. ‘Made in A Home’ maybe, but it’s not YOUR home food.
So feelings cannot be packed, they must be made at home, by your heart in your body, for your healing.
In fact it is literally true. While our physical heart is the motor, in truth every cell of us is part of that central Heart and every bit of us is filled with emotion.
To love and heal ourselves, we need to honor and accept the emotions of our body.
An exercise that helps release pain anywhere in the body is to just feel the center of pain in the body and count back from 10 to 1, each time going deeper and deeper into where the exact point of pain is. At 1, you speak out without thinking, what you are feeling there. If you can’t articulate it, just feel it fearlessly. You’ll slip out in the beginning, but keep coming back and going deeper and deeper to the center of the pain and facing it.
Often it will be an irrational fear, or something from a situation long gone, but it is valuable and that’s why it’s calling your attention.
The exercise done over time breaks the habit of running away from or suppressing a problem or a pain, instead of fearlessly facing it.
Try it and see how powerful it is.
Very often, people will develop a sort of emotional energy system that’s emotional indeed, but not connected to true feeling in the moment.
It could be based in a situation that’s long gone into the past, or some particular set of feelings they’re OK with feeling, maybe because those are socially accepted, or feelings that match those around them, or directly to deceive others.
When emotional outbursts drain energy, you know that there’s a pseudo heart frequency in operation, there’s something not quite real about it and it cannot help you in any way if it isn’t real.
Real emotional release is uplifting and clarifying even when painful, especially when painful.
Learn to tell the difference and let go of that which drains rather than clarifies and the pseudo emotional body will wither away.
