Bach Flower Remedies for Pregnancy

Wherein I burden the long suffering Ed with more information, that could possibly help him. How I first was impressed by flower remedies in my tryst with horrific writer’s block; the energy field of a pregnant woman, and Bach Flower remedies for specific challenges pregnant women and their families face.

Ed, I know you’ve been hoping and praying all your life that someone would give you this information for free.

Far be it from me to withhold from you, that which you have yearned for so long and so much. Continue reading

Herbs for Fear Induced Cramps & Spasms – Asthma, Bronchitis, Abdominal Cramps

Letter to Ed describing my very crazy but true story about how I almost died from fear induced asthma when I was fifteen – I went from healthy to dying in 3 weeks. My experience with fear in childbirth and the greatest line up of herbs ever to relieve lung, uterine and abdominal cramps + two breathtakingly beautiful tropical herbs.

Ed, first of all I have to confess I’m writing this to you just to show off the pictures I took of a particular herb taking over the hillside. I feel like my home team is winning when herbs spread over other vegetation. It isn’t that I don’t like other vegetation, but when a particular herbs spreads virulently, it MEANS something, it’s a message from nature for the times. The plant is being energized by the earth to grow and spread because there is need for it. Continue reading

Herbs for Stealth or Cryptic Pregnancy Support

Dear Ed, I first published this article years ago when there was almost no information on supporting cryptic or stealth pregnancy on the internet. Today there is more information but most of it is too general to be of real help. So here is the article all over again and updated.

What happens to a woman’s body when pregnancy hormones that usually stay in the body for just 9 or 10 months, stay on for years even? These are hormones that make muscles loose, and bones release calcium, powerful hormones. It is a unique situation, one there is no information about from the medical system. Continue reading

Herbs to Strengthen the Heart, Build Emotional Resilience

When you strengthen the heart, you strengthen every part of you and find relief from problems that were not responding before.

To strengthen a weak or tired heart, on every level, herbs can help. They’re living beings like us. They open our sub-conscious tunnels and caves and cupboards, awaken deep things in us and help us see and hear what we need to to find our way.

When the physical heart is weak or unstable, it is a clarion call from our consciousness to repair ourselves from deep deep within. Continue reading

Holistic Rejuvenation of Heart, Blood and Bone Marrow Function

One of the body’s most common responses to hidden or suppressed trauma is a steady decline in the quality of blood cells being made.

This is why people ‘age’ suddenly when they have a tragedy or loss that ‘takes the life’ out of them.

This situation can also be caused by actual loss of physical blood, starvation and deprivation over a long period of time (especially in the case of women) and various emotional situations.

The most common cause however is the person doesn’t WANT to live anymore if that’s the way life is. A fall in blood quality and quantity is very simply the life energy withdrawing and the body and psyche being in a state of waiting for something to make the person want to live again. Hormones don’t make Feelings. Feelings make Hormones.

The Heart triggers off hormone production in the body. It’s the truth we’re not told because it would end the pharma industry that sells artificial and second hand hormones and hormone triggers.

If you’re serious about natural hormonal balance, the way is through the heart.

Here are 5 things about Hormones and the Heart you need to know:

1. Hormones don’t make feelings. Feelings make hormones.
2. The Heart frequency is the Earth frequency, is the Reality frequency.
3. Hormones produced by the Heart trigger off hormone production in the body. Make your own home food.
4) Your Body is your Heart. An exercise to release pain.
5) Steer clear of a pseudo heart frequency. Continue reading

Nervous & Emotional Healing with Cardio-Restorative Herbs

I’m a veteran of heart problems having had cardiac insufficiency due to trauma since the age of 8 and actually had two cardiac arrests at the age of 19. I was told then that there was no chance of a normal life ahead for me. They said I’d live only with the help of drugs to keep my heart beating regularly enough, and things like having a baby would be at the risk of death, unlikely anyway as I wouldn’t be able to cope with the increased heart rate that’s part of sex.

My Great-Great Grandad John Waltham didn’t even hear me out when I started telling him all that. He put me on the path to healing my heart and in the process over the years I used what I’d learned to help others – people and animals. Continue reading

End Chronic Illness – Metastasis or Shape Shifting Illness & Decisive Resolution

Metastasis is a word used to explain the movement of a disease or illness from one part of the body to another.

Cancer for example is pretty much treated like an evil spirit that when kicked out of one area, could well go and establish itself somewhere else. Infection in general can be like that too – spreading from let’s say the throat to the ears to the sinuses up the forehead.

But metastasis also happens, and more frequently than cancer or infection, as what is called ‘myopathy’ which just means weakness or under-functioning, or as inflammation. Continue reading

Herbs go where words can’t. Herbs to comfort.

There are times in life when all you can do for a loved one or your self is to simply comfort. Times of shock, grief, bereavement, you don’t really know what to do, and there is precious little anyone can say at times like those.

A cup of a soothing herbal tea that’s not too strong, can help. Herbal tinctures put into a little bottle and given every half an hour or so, can help in big ways to calm a grief stricken person and help them to cope with any tasks that demand their mental attention. Continue reading
