Dear Ed,
As you know, I’ve had to navigate this life without very much direct support of family and friends, but herbs and crystals have been there with me supporting me so much, and from before I even knew it. Our whole living world that’s born of Spirit is always there for us natural beings, Ed.
Most of us, Ed, are used to reaching situations in life where, there’s some open and obvious cause of disturbance to us. Like the loss of a job, or a drastic injury or illness or loss, or relationship breakup. We know where to direct our attention to get energy flowing again.
But this usually only works for those who are at a stage where they’re unable to be aware of anything other than the very surface physical realities of their life.
Their thoughts are all about simply solving the surface problem and their energy is hogged by that.
Now, Ed, there’s a group of people who are not able to spend their lives like that. Those who are so constantly beset by “bad luck” that it’s just one shock and trauma after another in their lives; and those who despite having no particular drastic traumas in their lives, still constantly feel under assault.
It’s the SAME group of people, Ed, at both ends of the spectrum – they tend to be the same soul groups. Both continuous manifestation of assaults on one’s life, and almost no manifestation of surface assaults; are the feature of soul groups that are, breaking out of the thug world matrix, also called “ascension”.
So these two ends of the spectrum, Ed, constantly seek each other out, because the assaulted side needs the comfort of the not assaulted side; who needs the emotional release for all the things they’re experiencing in their soul which they cannot find reason for in the manifested life.
For this particular group of people, Ed, restless, restless, restless and on the verge of breakthrough; emotional awareness and release becomes the only way to deal with ANY sort of problems anyway.
Our human consciousness is now spinning too fast for us to sleep our way to healing – like used to happen in the 80s and 90s. The manifestation of everything has sped up so much, Ed, that a person can go from alive and playing basketball today to being in the ER and dying in two days. A person can develop an itch on Sunday, which boomerangs into autoimmune lesions in a few days and renders him or her in a near coma from energy loss a few days later.
What took months to develop as a pathology in the 80s, Ed, now takes a week or two.
Everything’s high intensity now, pushing us to deal with things in drastic ways to have immediate results, to save our limbs, our lives and so on.
In short, Ed, we no longer have the luxury of just relaxing by the sea and taking three or four years to recover from a break-up or loss or whatever. We no longer can go decades before we realize someone we trusted, betrayed us.
We simply don’t have the time, Ed, to live like they show in the movies – “Twenty years later….”
To be literally physically functional we have to do energy work and experience emotional release on the go, right in the middle of all the drama.
To do this, Ed, we need three things the most:
1) Sensory Clarity & Confidence
2) Emotional Presence
3) The ability to conclude things or cut cords.
I’m going to tell you, Ed, about my three angels that have worked together to help me out of horrible binds and kept me moving forward, one little breakthrough at a time.
1) Sensory Clarity – Clear Quartz
This crystal is commonly available, Ed, and most consider it nothing more than a glorified glass, but it is simply amazing, Ed, because it is a CARRIER of energy fields like no other.
My family, Ed has traditionally used clear quartz to carry energy patterns from one place to another. Between 2009 and 2016, Ed, I offered my family’s traditional energy medicine online, where I would make a dark field copy of a person’s own energy field and charge it into either Epsom salts or a piece of clear or snow quartz.
Can you feel the love?
Because of a lot of abuse from those who do rituals on us, Ed, I had to stop offering that online. People would sign up for the treatment, telling me lies. They didn’t realize that for real, I was making a tiny copy of their light energy field, as a dark energy field, and I’d know if they were lying. I didn’t have the chance, Ed, to show how powerful that medicine can be, because so many liars signed up and used the channel to engage me in pointless conversation and such. They’d then claim the treatment didn’t work and so on.
I moved on, Ed, to recommending that people practice urine therapy for a somewhat similar energy healing, because urine carries our own body’s energy field “negative” so to speak. My book on that – First Water – The Use of Urine and Sexual Fluids as Medicine .
But clear quartz, Ed, no matter what modern science classifies it as, has been seen by family as a form of cosmic water for all functional purposes. Just like water, it gets charged with energy patterns that it then carries on.
Now, Ed, a lot of people believe that you can hold clear quartz in your hand and mentally program it, ie. You can “think” or thought program it.
I’ve found this to be false. A lot of amateur black magicians have tried this on me, when I ordered quartz online. They call it “charging” the crystal and will sell it as “activated”. It’s quite a load of baloney as far as natural humans are concerned, because that “charging” is a mental suggestion to the crystal and if you’re on the same mental plane as the person who did it, ie., you carry the same consciousness or are the same or a similar pool, then you’ll get that suggestion when you buy the crystal. You don’t need crystal to do that, ANY physical thing, even plastic will do that. It’s not CARRYING anything, it’s just a mental suggestion that that thing becomes a symbol of in your mind, which if you accept, makes you connected to the person or entity who did the suggestion, and then through them to their entire energy pool – which usually is a pool full of energy vampires.
What clear quartz actually DOES get charged by, Ed, is real soul energy.
You can’t THINK commands at it, or order it about. It is a form of Holy Spirit. But if you’re just you as you are, it has its own unlimited divine intelligence and ability to help you.
I’ll tell you, Ed of this remarkable way a piece of clear quartz helped me, that I never could have imagined. In 2011, I was stuck in a fake relationship with a man online – from the US. He played TEN musical instruments, Ed, and had recorded original music, in which all the instruments were played by him. I was awed by that and full of compliments on his facebook posts.
He messaged me one day and I messaged back all gushing about the music and two days later, he says, “I’m so glad I’ve found you, I have a heart condition and I’ll die if you ever leave me.” To my shock I discovered he was saying we’re in a relationship now. He even updated his profile to say so. I was stuck, Ed. He was 54 when I was 29, and I really believed him when he said he’d have a heart attack and die if I “left” him. My history of heart problems has made especially sympathetic to those with heart conditions. (I have no mercy any more, but I was a complete sop in 2011).
I tried very gently to break it to him, that I wasn’t into him like that. But he waved it off, laughed it off, said I was just scared of his sexuality. I was still in my Mother Teresa syndrome days, and I was easily distracted by his knee problems, his nervous system issues and so on. You know me, Ed, health problems are like dope to me, I just jump right in there and trip on sorting things out. Anyone starts telling me about their body, I’m tripping already. These days I stop myself, clench my fist and restrict myself to only those who pay for consultation.
But in 2011, I was all there, 15 hours a day, replying to whoever would tell me their problems on facebook or email or anything. I was addicted, Ed, to that image of me as someone who healed others. Note, that nothing is more damaging to a true healer, than being addicted to a mental picture of themselves as a healer. That’s a huge ego trap and energy field drain right there. Healing takes very many forms, and our idea of a healer is so small, and mostly thug media created.
Anyhow, Ed, I was caught in this situation, not able to break up, and very involved in the guy’s problems all at the same time.
I have another addiction, Ed. Postal parcels. I just like to post people stuff, Ed. I don’t even want to try explaining it. Us humans will understand. Before the thugs who do rituals on us started torturing Gabriel and me for anything I sent anyone for free, I used to enjoy posting things to anyone who’d give me their address. I lived in places like the Himalayas which have many beautiful things that were then not easily available online so I used to send people things.
So it so, happened that in my concern for the guy’s health, I made him a herbal oil for his knees, and got him a chain of mercury beads (also called “parad mala” – it grounds overactive people who lose energy quickly) and… Ed, while I was buying that, I saw this beautiful egg shaped quartz crystal. It was BEAUTIFUL, Ed, and I’d been eyeing it for 2 years in the window of that shop.
I wanted it for me, but somehow the timing to buy it hadn’t worked out. Every time I wanted to buy it, I’d find I didn’t have money to. It was quite expensive – for me ie. That day, though, everything aligned and I had the money and I bought it.
In a rush of true Mother Teresa- like giving, I sent that crystal along with the other things to the guy in the US.
I regretted it immediately of course. I had loved that crystal in the window of that shop for two years then. And when I was finally able to buy it, I’d sent it off to this guy who was in all likelihood going to toss it, or even worse, sell it (he was in dire financial straits and often pawning or selling stuff to get by).
Some days, later, Ed, I was woken in the afternoon from a doze. It was someone scratching the surface of the crystal egg. I was shocked. Somehow the crystal was telecasting this to me – I felt I was inside the egg, and someone was scratching the surface with a nail, to see if the crystal was glass or plastic or real crystal or what. Do you know how irritating that scratching sound can be, Ed?
I realized the crystal had arrived there, at that guy’s place, and some woman with a long nail was scratching it!
I then increased my awareness and noticed the stink of liver cirrhosis or decay. Long story short, the crystal was telecasting to me as if I was there. The phone rang and the woman with the liver cirrhosis answered it, “Alice Bailey speaking.”
A few hours later, that guy came online, and I asked him if he knew an “Alice”. (It was a real life “Who the f*** is Alice!” moment.) He said he did, an ex who was in touch with him now and then.
The next day, I told him all the things “Alice” was doing in his house – the crystal was reporting everything. It was like in those reality shows where they have cameras at the corners of the room which zoom in and out and swivel and all that. And also just like the reality shows, where someone was pretending to be in a relationship with one guy, but getting it on with someone who had more money and so on.
So there I was telling this guy what Alice did when he wasn’t at home, telling him the names of who visited, who called, which cars they drove (parked outside the house on the kerb). First he denied that Alice was ever inside his house, then he got really upset to know what Alice and someone who’d visited when he wasn’t at home had been up to – sexual stuff. Especially when I gave him names.
I very gently and kindly told him that it was obvious that he was still with Alice so he should let go of me, we can be friends ( yeah I was dumb), but he insisted and insisted that she’d been there just that day.
I was so tired, Ed, from so many things, and I was at the end of my tether. I just needed a little something Ed, to push me and make me end that energy draining situation I had gotten into.
As I was sitting there and he was claiming to love me, need me, die without me, my hand accidentally went on the computer keyboard, waking the screen up, and reloading the first browser page open there. It was the Postal tracking page for the parcel I’d sent him. It refreshed, showed the updated status. A date three days before, “Signed for by resident – A. Bailey.”
Well there I had it, Ed. Proof that “Alice” lived there while he was lying that she didn’t. That was just the one little push I needed, Ed, to help me get out of that situation.
Believe it or not, Ed, the guy refused to back down, gave me a story about how Alice had no place to stay and so on. I really didn’t care, Ed, I was actually happy for him that he had company.
For me, Ed, the real deal was knowing that what I was sensing and seeing was RIGHT ON 100% right. Sometimes a person just needs that one sign from God that they’re on the right track, a sign from God that God and angels are on their side and helping them.
When we’re facing a problem, or blocked situation in one area of our lives, Ed, the block is actually in ALL areas of our lives, and removing that block in one, area, helps us move on in ALL areas.
A few days of trying to nicely end the supposed relationship, Ed, and I just got fed up and blocked the guy online, email everything and that was that.
From then on, Ed, I have used the God given block function without restraint. Any thing I don’t like in my feed, Ed, I block. Anyone giving me weird vibes, trying to contact me psychically – like this one “magus” guy who telecast himself topless and near a river inviting me to “join” him – blocked. I don’t wait for evidence anymore. I have the clarity.
This learning to follow our spiritual vision and instinct without waiting for or needing evidence, is SO VERY, VERY CRITICALLY IMPORTANT, Ed. We’re going to make mistakes on the learning path but there’s no other way to move forward but developing confidence in our spiritual senses.
But that’s just the miracle that quartz crystal can be, Ed.
There are several types of clear quartz crystal, Ed, and some carry permanently the energy field they were found in. They have names like Herkimer diamond, Azeztulite, Lemurian Seed crystal, Golden Healer and so on. They carry soul energies, Ed, of humans in other times and dimensions whose love and uplifting support reach us through those now.
We can’t control these crystals, Ed, they come into our lives and go as they please.
But my God, Ed, those times they are with us…. You know how I don’t have blood family in my life and I live in isolation; but it’s like a close friend or family member come to help, Ed.
You know how, when you meet up with old friends or real family after a while, suddenly you feel sensory awake-ness? Like suddenly you can really taste the food, hear things, see things? Suddenly you remember the you you are beneath the layers you developed through life?
That’s how it is with clear quartz, Ed. You can get used to them being around, but their loving support is always there when you need it, and they’ll call to you when they need to.
That was Angel #1, Ed. I’ll quickly tell you about the other two, because they really work so well together.
2) Emotional Presence – Kyanite
Kyanite, Ed, of all colors; they just help sift through all the muck and hold a train of feeling to where there’s a resolution possible.
It’s like this, Ed. Say I lie down, relax, feel a part of my body that’s aching, and counting backwards from 10 to 1, I move my awareness to the very center of the pain. There I find there’s still a huge area and I can zoom in further. So I count backwards again from 10 to 1, moving my awareness in deeper, then round upon round again, going deeper, till suddenly, I find an emotion overwhelm me, or a memory. The one that’s been giving me the pain signal.
Now before I had kyanite help me, Ed, I’d be overwhelmed in like 2-5 minutes and have to end the session because I couldn’t face the pain or shock anymore. Or I’d go into intellectual analysis instead of being in the emotion. But when I hold a piece of kyanite in my hand, I have gone on up to 45 minutes, feeling the feeling. I could’ve gone on longer but I had to stop because of Gabriel needing me.
Somehow, Ed, when we’re resolving emotional traumas, Kyanite gives a staying power and a strength that makes us able to see things clearly. It’s emotional clarity, Ed, which is different from vision clarity.
Emotional clarity makes us able to experience an emotion without numbing out by getting overwhelmed or getting all mixed up with all the other emotions we’re also feeling at the same time.
I have made huge strides forward in simply facing all my blocked emotions, holding on to Kyanite, Ed. Things I simply couldn’t face before.
I always have a piece of kyanite stuffed in my bra, Ed, near my heart, to keep me emotionally present.
I see this on Instagram often, Ed, posted by @Lafarmaciavegetal – “Tu presencia es tu medicina”.
It means, “Your presence is your medicine.”
So long as we’re emotionally present, Ed, we can deal with the situation, heal, thrive. It’s the habit – got from childhood trauma when we were not able to deal with things – the habit of tripping out, numbing out, that’s the one thing that holds us in consciousness, lives, and realms we don’t want to be in.
If we just be emotionally present, Ed, that’s the medicine, that’s the key, that’s Jacob’s ladder to heaven. That’s the way to breakthrough and ascension.
3) The ability to conclude things or cut cords – Obsidian
Ed, this is something I didn’t know I needed. Many years ago, I found a mahogany obsidian palm stone in a throwaway sale and I liked it because it had this air of majesty about it. I brought it home, didn’t even know what stone it was or anything but it was near my pillow or on my desk for the years that followed.
Now looking back, Ed, I know that that energy came to me when I was cutting cords and closing up channels through which I was being drained.
As a consciously assigned ritual energy source of the thug world, Ed, I had huge channels open through which I was routinely drained. The gory forensics are in my book Spirit.
Now, Ed, people think closing channels and cutting cords is easy and a one time thing. But it’s not.
You can’t actually close a channel till you see the truth of what happened there.
This is why, every time there’s a Mercury or Mars retrograde happening (like ongoing right now) and the astrologers are yelling, “Be careful not to entertain your exes,” I always say, “No, ahead and speak to your exes or whoever you’ve left behind. Because you need to get to the truth of things or the channel won’t close.”
In my books “Womb” and “Sexual Energy Healing”, Ed, I described how channels to exes, because we could not see the truth of what was happening continue to be open.
I have found, Ed, that Obsidian, of all colors, they have this energy of “I don’t give a f*** for programming. I like this. I don’t like this.” This Ed, helps us see things as they are, rather than through the programmed vision.
This is SO helpful, Ed.
For example, we’re programmed to see people of a certain age, or with a certain condition, a certain way, and this keeps us in deception. It’s amazing, Ed, how sometimes the smallest deceptions, keep us energetically open to such utterly openly evil abusers.
But with obsidian influence, we tend to see through the programming to just the core reality.
This can change a person’s life so drastically, Ed.
There’s almost no area in life in which we can’t not make huge progress if we see things for what they are, rather than through programming.
It is a super power, Ed. And it’s especially helpful for cutting cords, because you see the person or group or whatever for what it is. If you want that, great. If you still have something to learn from them/that, great. If you don’t you can move on. Obsidian helps us just keep it basic.
In conclusion;
I read on Instagram, Ed, someone saying, “Before you have a breakthrough, you have a crisis.” I was thinking about it… Thinking, “When do I not have a crisis? My whole life is a crisis.” And I realized that it’s so one way or another for all those in the soul groups that are breaking out of the thug world matrix.
Our breakthrough and ascension, Ed, is THROUGH and IN emotional crises. If we learn to stay present instead of going numb and escaping, if we can just have the faith in each other, to know we’re one and we’re doing this together, even though we don’t have hashtags trending for us on Twitter/X or media supported protest movements, or groups or Gofundmes… Just know that in soul and in spirit we are together, and stay present; the rungs of the ladder will appear one by one.
We have already come very far from where we were before, Ed, and we WILL get out of this hell zone.
