2 Causes of Premature Aging, Loss of Magnetism; How to Reverse them

Dear Ed,

In recent weeks, I have begun to notice like never before the effect of the loss of body magnetism in people and how this affects overall health.

I’ve begun to notice the role of Nitrogen, and negative ions in preventing premature aging and recovering from the effects of premature aging.

I’d like to share, Ed, two causes of premature aging and how to reverse them.

The first is the loss of gut biome, and the second is getting positively charged and falling out of a healthy Nitrogen cycle. Continue reading

Colon and Rectal Nerve and Muscle Holistic Rehabilitation

What happens when feces isn’t expelled fully and quickly enough; Holistic Nervous Rehab of Colon and Rectum; Emotional and Energetic Causes of Limpness in the area; Amazing Core Contraction Exercise; Beautiful Pictures of Poppies

Dear Ed,

There’s a pattern of symptoms that include digestive insufficiency where a person is able to digest food, but not able to expel feces out fully from the colon and rectum, the final part of the digestive tract, before feces leaves the body. Food held in the colon is supposed to be sent out of the body soon, not kept there for hours. When it is held there for a long time, things that the intestines designated to be thrown out, including poisons and excessive nutrients, begin to be taken back up into the body and then are deposited around the body. This adds to the body’s clean up work, and in the long run contributes to the development of tumors and cancers. Continue reading

Coffeebush for Anxiety caused by Deep Gut Tension; Freedom First!

How I first heard about Coffeebush or Leucaena leucocephala; Anxiety caused by deep gut and digestive tract lining dramas; A sign that your recent radical decision is right; Freedom First!

Dear Ed,

Plants flower and fruit not so much by the season as by their instinct. Just as fertility in humans is influenced almost completely by spiritual conditions – so it is with plants.

Therefore whether in season or out of season, when a plant flowers, it’s a message and it’s timely. Even more so when it comes into our awareness. Continue reading

Stock up on Natural Vitamin C – Limes and Lemons

Wherein I rub in the fact that you’d best not catch the sniffles right now, while YOU KNOW WHAT is “raging”. And I explain the need for holistic immune support rather than just isolated Vitamin C, and how limes and lemons can repair the body’s ability to absorb and make nutrients we need, from whatever is our basic diet. I also describe six of the easiest methods to preserve limes for your own medicinal needs, and demonstrate with pics, the second easiest of them.

Ed, I usually don’t like to say stuff that’s been said before. But I simply have to. Because it’s SO important right now. Continue reading

5 Herbs to Release Gut Tension & Help Your Body Process Medicines

A while ago a man told me of how he had a problem with his eyes for four decades resulting in progressive loss of vision, headaches – sometimes so bad he almost went blind with the pain. The doctors had suspected a tumor in the brain but found nothing.

This person took my advice on herbs to rehabilitate the digestive system as his body swung between chronic constipation and bouts of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and diarrhea.

It turned out that the first effect of the herbs was a massive reduction in the tension around his eyes and the headaches. He went from about four episodes of headaches and blinding a day to two in a month and then to one every week in four months. Continue reading

Me versus Me – Herbs for Autoimmune and Histamine Disorders

When I was at university, I used to cut across the golf course instead of taking the long way around the drive. One day on my way to an exam as I was running across the golf course around noon, I ran into a whole lot of flies, just flies. My face began to itch like crazy. When I reached the building where the exam was, I rushed to the bathroom and discovered to my horror that my face and neck were covered in huge red welts and swollen up – I was unrecognizable. I did the exam anyhow, but it took several hours for the welts and swelling to subside and I never ran across a golf course in the heat of day ever again. Continue reading
