Dear Ed,
In recent weeks, I have begun to notice like never before the effect of the loss of body magnetism in people and how this affects overall health.
I’ve begun to notice the role of Nitrogen, and negative ions in preventing premature aging and recovering from the effects of premature aging.
I’d like to share, Ed, two causes of premature aging and how to reverse them.
The first is the loss of gut biome, and the second is getting positively charged and falling out of a healthy Nitrogen cycle.
Restoring the gut biome
People falsely imagine Ed, that over the counter probiotic or even kefir or curd and such are the same as biome. They are sources of probiotics that are a part of biome.
A biome includes many life forms, some of which we have names for and some of which we don’t have names for. A biome also carries consciousness.
When our biome is broken, Ed, we don’t just have problems with digestion. We have hormonal imbalances, varying moods, depression, all of which influence and skew our view of ourselves, our world, our relationships and so on. Every part of us from head to toe is affected by this.
We don’t have a chronically disturbed gut biome – ie. chronically bad digestion or troubled skin, from just one thing. It’s a lot of different things – from foods with gut bacteria destroying antibiotics in them, to pharma medicines – some even in our drinking water, lack of sleep, stress, and so on.
It takes a change of diet, and facing the situations that disturb us on such a deep level as to keep our gut continuously refusing to heal – a sort of rejection of life itself – to really start restoring our gut biome.
I’ve noticed a deep sense of disappointment in those who refuse to heal the gut. They feel life has just gone so bad and things are so bad that there’s just no chance of their dreams coming true anymore.
We need to realize that our dreams could be taking on a shape different from whatever we imagined as children or later, that the times are different now, and the manifestation of our dreams will be different too.
While we’re restoring our faith in life, we can help our gut with natural probiotics, and biome. I recently wrote an article on my Substack blog (where I post radical things in the spur of the moment, because it’s easy to, from my phone) – The Illustarted Guide to Eating Goat Potty to Recover Gut Biome. It’s a radical thing to do in our times, but was a rather normal thing for previous generations living off the land. It happens to be among the only forms of natural gut biome that will immediately stop the diarhhea caused by the sort of biome destruction caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy – where the person is literally losing their hair and near bedridden and about to die from not being able to receive vital nutrients. It’s the rare natural biome source that can rehabilitate a gut destroyed by long term problems.
Any natural animal’s potty will do – animals that are actually free range.
Repairing the Nitrogen cycle, and electric charge of the body
Did you know Ed, that Nitrogen makes up 78% of the air in our atmosphere? There’s a lot of talk about oxygen and the oxygen cycle, but Nitrogen is just as important. It literally holds in all the gases we need for life.
It’s a known fact that if a person or animal is given ONLY oxygen to breathe, their muscles will deteriorate, followed by whole body deterioration such as in aging and then die.
This is why fresh air, is fresh air and we need actual real fresh air.
The way things are going, I wouldn’t be surprised if the powers that should not be actually start advising us to breathe in carefully “re-constructed” air instead of natural fresh air.
The smell of the morning, Ed, that’s the smell of Nitrogen.
I wonder if maybe “night” is named after “Nitrogen” or maybe the other way around, because in the night, nitrogen becomes dominant.
The Nitrogen cycle is pretty simple Ed. It converts out from the air into forms that we use in our bodies through our breathing air in, and other natural phenomena such as lightning, water crashing on rocks and so on. But mostly from our and other living beings like plants breathing it in and converting it into ammonia (urine), various nitrates, nitric oxide and so on.
Most people hear very little about these, but these are critically important for us to regenerate our bodies, just as they are the critical component of soil fertility.
The lack of these starts off the processes of death, because the body needs to keep regenerating, making new cells to replace the old, for us to keep living.
How do we fall out of Nitrogen cycle balance?
It’s by over stimulation without rest.
Every person who’s ever gone exercising their muscles has been told, Ed, about how you have to rest your muscles before you work out again, or you’ll lose the benefit of the exercise.
That resting after exercise is when substances are made that revive and recuperate muscle cells. That’s where the nitrates are formed that give the body tone, flexibility, shape.
You need this even if you’re fasting, everyone needs it.
Every cell that’s stimulated needs to rest.
This cellular rest can only happen when the positively charged cell (stimulated) is brought back to neutral by a negative charge. It’s like how when you revv up a car or bike, that revving up has to stop to turn off the ignition and park the car.
You can’t lock the wheels and keep revving up and expect the car’s fuel and battery not to drain out.
That’s what most of us do with ourselves. We’re always revving up on a cellular level and never really resting.
Naturally Ed, stress and sleep deprivation come into play again.
However, it really helps when we change our diet to stop being stimulated all the time to eating foods that rest us. Believe it or not, a lot of what is called “healthy” food is actually gut lining irritating and therefore over-stimulating past a certain point.
Fruits that aren’t acidic – watermelon, banana, and apples without pesticides and the like and so on, are great. Believe it or not, meat and natural oils such as meat fat, butter, olive oil, fish oil can be amazing gut healers because they provide things nerves need to heal.
It’s obviously different for everyone, but each person needs to see what suits them, what calms them and what overstimulates them and have as much calming food as possible.
This might seem counter-intuitive for those who want to lose weight and eat a lot of metabolic rate increasing foods. These however are most likely causing inflammation and causing the body to crash out after a metabolic rate increase, so actually they’re re-fueling the problem.
When you keep your gut happy though, the metabolism will balance on its own.
I’d like to make a mention of urine therapy here. We humans are natural nitrogen fixers. Ie. we take in nitrogen from the atmosphere and convert it into physical forms for organic use. Our urine contains ammonia and nitrates that are powerful forms of nitrogen. Ammonia is actually used to make bombs.
But more importantly, our urine is full of negatively charged molecules that can immediately neutralize positively charged (overstimulated) cells in the gut and on the skin. This is aside from the stem cells in our urine which are a direct and immediate aid to regeneration of the body. This makes urine the cheapest yet most suited to us, form of nitrogen supplementation ever.
I’d probably do better business wise if I shut up about urine therapy Ed, but it would simply be a crime not to speak about such a simple, inexpensive way, a person can radically stop and reverse premature aging, and heal in so many ways, one of which is basic sexual energy balance.
I’ve an account on Instagram, not using my full name, that hasn’t been blocked in some months now (truly amazing) where I’ve been posting random things surrounding regeneration using one’s own urine and sexual energy balance. (What is Instagram for huh!)
I recently noted a lot of pictures in the feed to do with weight lifting and wondered how come. I don’t lift weights and I’m not particularly interested in it as a form of exercise. That’s when I realized…. many of the people following my posts on urine therapy are weight lifters. It’s a hidden knowledge in the weight lifting community – that urine therapy can build and tone muscles like nothing else. They don’t talk about it but they know about it and practice it.
Anyway, foods that are high in nitrogen content are basically protein – meat, fish, beans, lentils. That’s why they’re de-stressing.
Nitrogen Fixing Plants
These are a class of plants that REGENERATE the soil by taking in nitrogen from the air and converting into physical pods on their roots therefore putting nitrogen into the soil.
Our entire lives depend on this because that’s what makes our food crops grow.
Fake nitrogen fertilizers are what’s been killing our soil and food and us some generations now, and organically grown food is fighting a battle against that as we speak.
I was recently so happy to come upon a field of nitrogen fixing beans with the typical blue aura over it.
You know Ed, there are “Blue Mountains” in India (where I was born), Blue Mountains in Australia (near where I went to university) and these are called blue because of their blue hue – caused by the presence of nitrogen fixing plants in a high number. Maybe there are Blue Mountains in other places as well, that I don’t know of. Previous generations of humans noticed things like that.
But Ed, I cannot tell a lie.
