Dear Ed,
I would be cheating those who read my articles and books, if I didn’t share THE most powerful, life changing medicine I have ever taken. The first is my own moon blood and the second is my own water, urine.
I was drawn to urine and sexual fluids as medicine, only at the absolute doorstep of death, Ed. Although my Granddad saved my life with aged urine when I was eight, it never was something I considered as a regular healing treatment.
But when nothing else was left to try and I was sinking rapidly, so weak I couldn’t reach the phone in the next room without fainting, I drank back my blood, and that was 15 years ago.
I have faced some extreme situations and urine and moon blood have brought me back and then done the amazing impossible feat of making me healthier than I’ve ever been while going through the most severe situations.
In 2022, Ed, I felt I just had to publish a book about my experiences with it, or I was not doing justice to the people reading my articles. The healing power is too incredible, powerful, not to share.
To my surprise, that book – First Water – The Use of Urine and Sexual Fluids as Medicine – was well received, Ed, and to my further surprise I found people appreciating my posts on urine therapy; things that hadn’t made it into the book.
I’ve been blessed by personal accounts from people around the world who found urine therapy absolutely changed the game for them.
We’re talking people in their 60s and 70s who’d pass for thirty year olds any day. We’re talking people in the power lifting and other strenuous sports, whose career depends on their muscles and tendons recovering from injury quickly and properly. We’re talking people recovering from nervous injury and in one case a person with paralysis caused by Lyme disease. Fertility problems, serious chronic long term blood poisoning; all those conditions where the body loses hair because of shock to the system.
The simple fact, Ed, hidden from us, is that;
Urine is not a waste product.
Elimination in the body happens via the intestines. This is why liquid poisons cause diarrhea rather than urination. Urine on the other hand is a product of filtered blood. There’s no connection from the gut to the kidneys directly. Water we drink doesn’t go to the kidneys directly to become urine. The water we drink – not all but a lot of it, gets absorbed into our blood, circulates around the body keeping all the substances in our blood at particular levels of concentration or dilution. This blood which goes to all the internal organs, also goes to the kidneys. This BLOOD that is all over our body. The kidneys then go through this blood, analyzing it and then making an exact copy of all that is in it, but as water, removing the blood cells which are sent back into the bloodstream to continue doing their job.
Urine therefore is NOT elimination at all. It’s a microscopic report of the current state of the body, not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, energetically.
It is a physical report of our health, Ed, that until the early 1900s was used by physicians to indicate just about every internal problem of the body. They used to taste the urine to check for diabetes for example. When I was growing up, the older people of the family would know from the baby’s urine, why the baby was crying. I have watched on so many occasions, babies being wiped with their own wet nappies recover from allergies – which began to be common in the 80s – perhaps because of specialized baby foods on the market.
Similarly, Ed, our sexual fluids which include moon blood, semen and female orgasm fluids are HIGHLY HIGHLY energetically charged super-medicine. They can bring a person back from the dead almost. I can say this because I’ve experienced it myself. They change body chemistry almost immediately, awaken us to our own energy field, make us aware of our own moods and even bridge the gap between our conscious and subconscious minds – in many ways like drugs like LSD do, but without actually messing with brain chemistry or hormones.
There are parts of me, Ed, that I would never have come in touch with any other way, but by drinking my own sexual fluids.
It’s immediate BODY ESTEEM, SELF ESTEEM. It is repairing on the deepest layers of our being, Ed, bringing back a primal confidence that only babies not yet trained to feel shame for being a human have. It is a return to innocence like no other.
In taking back my urine, Ed, is REAL ACTUAL GROUNDING, because I’m being constantly brought face to face with what I’m putting into my body, facing my own hormonal shifts and moods. To say it woke me up from a general numbness and disconnection with myself, and an unconscious way of floating through life, would be an understatement.
My moon blood and sexual fluids, Ed, give me a primal understanding of my soul. This cannot be described in words because it is like trying to describe the embrace of your Grandmother, the hand on your head of your oldest ancestor. Strength, Ed, of a sort nothing on the outside can give a person, is in the sexual fluids.
The thug world, Ed, at every turn degrades, devalues, vilifies the human body. The human body IS the manifestation of the human soul, but we’re made to believe it’s a bag we put food into and make filth come out. Every emanation of our bodies is treated as filth, Ed, by the thug world.
In a way it is true, Ed, of the soulless. Without soul, no body is anything but filth.
But the human body made by SOUL, is a sacred manifestation of God, infinitely capable of amazing things we are only just waking up to little by little.
I found this awakening in me when I saw you as a man, Ed, when I was 23, and it changed the way I looked at the human body. I worshiped it and was rewarded with healing beyond my dreams.
My Instagram account @mistletoe1981, the first account allowed to survive after eleven accounts were randomly deleted one after another before that; has been where I posted the most about urine therapy. I’ve been asked many times to publish some of those posts in a book.
I took a long time, but here it is.

This is a confirmation to me that it’s time to publish those posts as a book, so that whether or not my social media accounts stay up, those precious bits of my witnessing the power of our bodies will stay on people’s computers and bookshelves for at least some time to come.
