It’s unbelievable – the effect that the lives of our ancestors have on us, whether an animal or a human or a plant, . The more people and animals I made treatments for, the more I realize how important it is to deal with underlying patterns of energy management to find complete release from ill-health ourselves.
In our times, the first line of action to treat a condition is to treat the symptoms of it. If it’s an infection, take an antibiotic, if it’s a pain, take a painkiller.
But my Granddad gave people a drink and never bothered his time over the symptoms beyond that. He used to say to me,
“Check if their heart’s flowing out right. See where the Passion’s stopped. Say hello to that place. And then keep the hell away while they explode. “
Passion – there’s no other word for it – is life energy. It is so powerful that if it was suppressed or thwarted generations ago it stays there in the consciousness and passes down and has its effects generation after generation.
The classical homeopaths called inherited energy patterns “miasms”. They’re a sort of inherited consciousness illness.
Believe it or not, one of the most common miasms is called the ‘syphilis miasm’ and is supposed to be the energy pattern inherited from an ancestor with syphilis that didn’t fully get cured.
Now I was curious about that, because if syphilis is just an infection, how on earth can that affect someone 7 generations down?
Granddad explained to me that the condition that expressed itself as infection was actually thwarted or suppressed passion or life energy. And it was so powerful as to create an energy field that chronically mismanaged passion or life energy resulting in dysfunction on several levels. This pattern of consciousness has a snowballing effect through the generations and finally reaches a point where one of the descendants is so debilitated that they have to stop life as normal and deal with it.
Eggs and sperm don’t contain actual toxins from our ancestors, but they do carry the entire energy field and all its experiences. That’s how we get ‘racial memory’ and inherited tendencies towards illnesses.
Those who carry patterns of passion suppression just know it. Because the No. 1 sign of it is, they simply feel unable to express their feelings physically. They can feel their feelings, they can describe them, but they cannot EXPRESS them to their satisfaction.
This is the tip of a pyramid of energy patterns in the body and system that suppress life energy, and as a result of which there are often huge pockets of unreleased toxins – actual physical toxins – or small pockets of toxins in particular key areas causing problems.
In a body, very often, as these are the result of consciousness frozen in time, these can be experienced as some parts of the body not vibrating at the same frequency as other parts of the body. It literally feels like those cells are in another time altogether while the surrounding cells are in a different time.
Imagine a country where every mile, one village’s date is 1800 and the next village is 1926 and the next one is 1500 and the next one is 1980 and the next 2020. How would communication, transport and everyday life be possible in that country when they don’t have a common time?
It’s just chaos and havoc.
So without further ado, here are my 7 Angels of Time Release – complete troublemakers each of them, that not only release deep and buried toxins from the body, but change the energy patterns that keep them there.
7 Angel Herbs to Repair Life Energy Suppression Patterns
1) Blue Flag – Iris Versicolor
This one’s a famous old remedy for releasing ‘deep’ toxins. I’ve always seen Iris as the flower that blooms at the very beginning of spring starting off the season.
Suppression of the feelings associated with the timing of the flowering of a plant is often healed and resolved by the taking of that plant as medicine.
That feeling of beginning – the years of life when Passion stirs inside us for the first time, around puberty usually, but for some people earlier and for some later, when that early passion is suppressed or thwarted – whether it was love for music or nature or a person, that becomes a ball of rage in the gut of a person creating anger patterns.
Energy patterns where the body has huge rushes of energy sometime and is totally limp and weak at other times, never seeming to be in the right mood at the right time, go back to suppression of the first rising of passion.
Diabetes – or an imbalance in the way the body manages sugar or sweetness – is a very common symptom of this sort of energy suppression.
Chronic allergies are also an example of the body not being able to balance energy flow, overeating sometimes and then going tired in-between bouts or over-reactions.
Chronic blood toxicity, insufficient breast milk in a mother, and disappointing or insufficient sexual release are all indications of suppression of first passion and Blue Flag or Iris will help.
It would have to be taken – a small dose – a drop to 25 ml of water, put it in a bottle and taken twice a day over weeks and months. You’ll know when you no longer need to take it, you’ll just outgrow it.
But for a while let it hold your hand and show you that side of yourself that was you in the first spring of your life, your first passion. And then lovingly let your life of now, change to let that passion come through.
2) Parthenium Grass or Wild Feverfew
This grass is so demonized because apparently it’s toxic to some livestock and can cause rashes and dermatitis in some. And it’s supposed to be terribly invasive.
When you see that word ‘invasive‘ know that means passionate fertility.
You take any plant that’s “invasive” – that’s a plant with passion and that plant treats suppressed passion energy patterns. Lantana is one of those plants and everything I say about Parthenium is more or less true for Lantana as well, but I’ll stick with Parthenium Weed because I’ve long term solid experience with it.
It’s my one killer game changer ingredient in my treatment for spreading warts (inherited tendency!!) and melanoma of the skin (cancer). The original recipe had very powerful herbs that could remove warts and have been used to do so for a long time – like Thuja – but how do you stop the TENDENCY to keep MAKING new warts? What’s the point of breaking down wart cells while the body PASSIONATELY makes new wart cells?
Sometimes the body will PASSIONATELY make a wart on the exact same other side of the face when you take it out from one side of the face. Now if that isn’t a statement what is!
Enter Parthenium Weed or Wild Feverfew.
Parthenium Passion is what I call this plant. It’s beautiful. I’ve plucked it and made tincture out of it without any of terrible things happening that they warn you about.
However, a few days after it was soaking, it began to stink. Now I cannot describe to you, how bad it stank. It was like a hormonal teenage boy’s seven day old unwashed socks. No, it was worse. The house had to have all windows open and fans on for hours after I opened the bottle to have a sniff – because I can only tell when I smell a tincture, how its going, I can’t just look at it like others do, or have faith in time that, “in 6-8 weeks it’ll be done” – I have to SMELL it.
And this one was just horrific. I shut the bottle with horror and dared only many months later to open it again. It stank still but nowhere like before. I strained it out and began to use it. It was AMAZING to say the least. Here’s a picture of how a wart that was a combination or cluster of warts got broken down using Parthenium Weed. You cannot break those down and keep them down usually because you have to break the tendency to re-form them.
But back to the stink. That was when I realized that Parthenium treated hormonal suppression. It treats the disorders caused by suppression of passion – which is suppression of sexual hormones in the days when the body is releasing them in huge doses.
A healthy human experiences those times throughout their lives. But in recent generations, passion has been so suppressed that it has become a phenomenon associated with “turbulent teenage” – turbulent simply because if the body didn’t rebel at that young age, it never was going to have a chance to rebel again, it was going to have to be a responsible sensible adult and it knew this was its last chance to be unrestrained.
I could write books about the effect of suppression or thwarting sexual energy and so could most of you by now.
But here is a plant that will have none of that bullshit. There are whole countries and the United Nations defaming this plant, trying to eradicate it. But any walk you take pretty much anywhere in the world, at some point or the other, you’re going to see it, kicking ass as usual under some hedge or fence, doing its thing – spreading its genes 😉 .
It’s supportive medicine for when the body is aggressively resisting healing. No matter what you take, if a condition- ANY condition – whether an infection or a cancer or a particular bone or joint keeps having trouble, or your hair insists on falling out. If the body’s insisting on keeping the problem going, it just means it’s protesting suppression.
That means passion has been and is being suppressed and Parthenium grass can help change the self-suppression energy pattern to ‘spread my genes’ mode.
No, this plant will not make you Genghis Khan with children on every continent. It’ll just help you not be afraid to express your passion in whichever way your passion wants to come out.
This is not a remedy – it’s a journey, a pilgrimage, a return to innocence.
3) Turmeric
Good old turmeric is so popular for treating cancer and what not. I’ve had so much turmeric in my life that didn’t make one bit of a difference to me. And then I found wild turmeric root up in the mountains and woah…. my whole perception of this herb changed drastically overnight.
It’s actually a crash course in anger management. Anger in the body – I don’t know if you’ve experienced it – but it’s what you feel when your body WANTS to go out running but has to sit indoors. It’s what you feel when you need to sleep but you’re forced to wake up. It can go from anger to rage. Real rage just waiting for a chance to blow up.
There are conditions that result from the tension created in the body by such situations – tension that’s recreated through generations.
Dissipation – or the tendency to lose energy halfway through a task, as if in fear of the pleasure of completion, is one manifestation of suppressed anger.
The person’s sense of identity is suppressed to the one who ‘tries’, who ‘works at something’ but never the one who ‘finds’, who ‘wins’, who ‘achieves’. Actually reaching the conclusion or end of something signifies a change of identity – a change that would result in others no longer accepting the person, so they restrict themselves to being an eternal ‘worker’ just to fit in, while deep down they rage and rage.
This tendency is found in those people groups that were suddenly taken out of their ancestral occupations and forced into other things that didn’t quite satisfy them. So that’s a huge chunk of modern humanity there.
As they grow up they develop to be creative, expressive and all that. And then they get a desk job and one year into the job, and the atmosphere of being around those who are content with being nothing but ‘workers’ and depression hits them.
Their sense of identity can never be ‘just another number in the system’ and yet day after day that’s what they’re told they are.
The old rage in them builds up again and if they don’t find ways to enforce their self identity, to express their passion and enjoy themselves expressing their passion and feel proud of themselves for it, the rage will start wasting their muscles, causing visible shrinking and all the effects of aging before our time.
That’s the body saying, “I ain’t having any of this non-life anymore.”
It’s time to get a life. Almost literally.
Turmeric helps reverse the tendencies of early aging, dissipation of energy (IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN) and helps the tissues of body get back to holding energy without leaking.
There’s an energy pattern where a person that has been used as a source of emotional and vital energy, ie. for vampirical energy draining, to protect themselves from the repeat trauma, begins to self drain regularly as a survival mechanism just to not go through the trauma that comes when they fill up with energy.
Over time the body goes limp as it is never allowed to fill up with energy, and kept constantly drained itself.
Turmeric helps the body slowly get back to holding more and more vital energy so that goals can actually be reached.
There’s an element of loneliness associated with this sort of healing, because very often, it takes cutting off from the surrounding environment to assert oneself. But this is a good loneliness because it makes a person able to see life and others very clearly and it makes them able to decide on a life that suits them rather than go with the flow and have an unhappy life up ahead.
If you’ve ever had a time of life when you were physically drastically low in energy compared to before, and you never really recovered your vitality, turmeric taken over some months – whether as a little bit of the root put into your tea, or as tincture – will help rehabilitate your system.
Make sure to find ways to be the awesomeness of you instead of ‘just another worker’. Know that anything that clubs a real human with a heart in with others is a LIE. A damn lie.
4) Narcissus or Daffodil
I love narcissus. They named it after the god who fell in love with his own reflection – giving us the ‘narcissist’ word. That word’s been used as a bad thing for some reason.
I outright refuse to accept self love as anything but wonderful.
Whyever shouldn’t we fall in love with ourselves!!!!
It a conspiracy I tell you – against the very heart of humanity.
I first used Narcissus as a replacement for Colchium Autumnale as a remedy to treat the nervous debility caused by sleep trauma and sleep loss. I was amazed when in an emergency it gave me such relief and decided to look into it used regularly for recovery from long term chronic nervous trauma.
It’s poisonous and has to be taken in highly diluted doses like 1 drop to 100ml and that used a few drops twice a day.
It works like a mirror of the consciousness therefore helping us perceive ourselves and be able to deal with things rather than being in a fog of confusion and over time feeling like we’re just broken beyond repair.
There’s a chronic body inflammation such as precedes full blown arthritis that is associated with the habit of self recrimination, being overly critical of oneself because of never being able to actually go in any direction towards healing.
This is the sort of tendency – which often crops us generation after generation – which Narcissus helps relieve.
The relief is simple – it’s falling in love with yourself, acknowledging your own sensuality.
My Granddad once told me that all health problems can be solved with this exercise. You stand naked in front of the mirror and draw yourself as you see yourself. Everyday.
Naturally I had to try. So I did it – just once. And I drew myself as I saw myself – not as I would have liked to look.
And I fell in love with myself. I didn’t know why, the love just came.
Loving yourself, is not something someone can teach you. The only way to it, is to experience your own self.
Self-hatred has been promoted as a virtue and is in fact a deadly epidemic and STD.
If you’ve been touched by this disease consciously make every attempt to heal from it and shun all that which carries it. It is deadly, believe me. It makes the body burn, the organs burns, and causes systemic dysfunction where there’s a full blown rebellion.
Acknowledging and loving and enjoying your own passion, your own life energy, your own sexuality is a foundation of life you CANNOT do without.
If you don’t feel your sexiness, there’s very little chance anyone else will.
And don’t worry you won’t make an ass of yourself feeling sexy even though you don’t look like . It’ll only make you more attractive.
5) Ash tree – Fraxinus Excelsior
This good old tree called Fraxinus Excelsior in Europe and Fraxinus Americana in America has been used medicinally for all kinds of things.
What you need to remember about it is two words – Genetic Memory.
See a lot of inherited energy patterns which didn’t cause our parents problems, cause us problems, but because we’re not bringing up out of our memory the way to deal with those energy patterns the way our ancestors did.
This is a weakness of the energy field in a very core part of us, the part of us that developed as our body was first formed as a fetus, when we began to express our sexuality in the formation of our very early primal body.
In those days of early formation, when our sexual being forms, based on that primal sexuality, we choose which parts of the full genetic code available to us, we want to give energy to and which might not be that important to us.
And sometimes what we as fetuses living in cushy comfort inside our mothers estimate will be required in the life ahead, turns out to be not quite right.
So we develop all these abilities which would’ve been wonderful if we lived in heavenly magical places but not so good for Middle Earth where trolls roam.
The Ash wakes up in us the memory of the development of primal sexual being and makes us able to tap into our genetic code to find ways to deal with the energetic patterns our body is responding to our current environment with.
This changes our perception of ourselves, our lives, our problems, quite drastically, as we reinforce our sexual primal being.
See, the only sort of ‘being’ we have, is our ‘sexual’ being.
Remove our sexual being and we’re no one, nothing. That’s the truth whether we like it or not.
And the Ash helps us connect to that basic part of us and help the rest of us vibrate back to our basic frequency so we can be all we are.
Now you might think this is all a lot of talk. But in reality you’d be amazed at how many problems of the body can be resolved by supporting re-expression of our primal sexuality.
Problems with speech, motor control, chronic IBS, nervous degeneration, sensory deficiencies caused by atrophy of eye muscles (for example), not to mention just about any problem with arrested or suppressed development of the reproductive system.
All these are caused by not being able to express the primal sexuality with which we develop in our earliest days and months.
And how wonderful it is, that this beautiful tree which lives in its simple first self even when its a huge big tree, can help us be like that too.
You cannot cause yourself a problem taking Ash medicinally.
JUST DO IT.
6) Daphne -Spurge Laurel
Daphne came to me one morning, two mornings before a big tragedy hit me. It is also a poison, considered an invasive weed (in Oregon, US for example), another one of those which have whole institutions trying to get rid of it.
But two mornings after I had it, a sudden unexpected tragedy hit me. The sort of tragedy that would in my own estimation of a few days before have finished me.
I looked back at it and I realized that in the days just before the tragedy I’d had a drastic change of being. And I remembered Daphne and took it many times for a sort of ‘brain or consciousness reset’.
It removes the fog that collects over days and months or years that clouds our perception of things, that weighs us down so we can’t see things for what they are in the moment and make decisions for the moment. We’re bogged down by all kinds of crap in the head.
Daphne clears that stuff out, by just causing a sort of restart of our system. Like when we restart our phone or computer it works so much better.
But all that was just one side of Daphne. The side I want to tell you about in this article is about how Daphne helps one face the fear of Passion.
I don’t know how self realized you are, and I’m not very old in this lifetime, but what I’ve seen over and over and what my Granddad has attested to, is that Fear of Passion is a big problem and it results in the clouding of our perception to the point where even on a sub conscious level we don’t fully heal from anything, because if we did, we’d become sexy and we don’t WANT to face our own passion, forget anyone else’s.
The result of fear of passion is a terrible morose depression, where we keep going from one health condition to another… anything to excuse us from expressing life passion. Just anything to keep us feeling like we’re not good enough for the crazy all consuming passion that makes life LIFE.
It’s death. The fear of passion is death.
The Spurge Laurel is named after a river goddess called Daphne. The most handsome god called Apollo fell in love with her, but she decided to run from him. Someone she asked for help, turned her into a tree, rooting her into one spot. The leaves of THIS very tree – the laurel – are used to decorate the head of Apollo (the guy she was running from).
Now that’s a weird story. But a little look beneath the surface with the help of poet John Milton who called Daphne, “root bound” reveals that the story had a happy ending. That the fear and running was the problem and that rooting was the solution. The laurel leaves then became the mark and symbol of immortality, the triumph of passion. The triumph over the fear of sexuality.
To this day that’s what “laurels”means. Triumph, success, winning, kingship, overcoming the odds.
This tree that doesn’t provide edible fruit, or a lot of shade, is the ancient mark of triumph and successful completion, overcoming all odds, in every field and especially healing. Here it is with the caduceus, the symbol of healing and medicine.

7) Spikenard
I’ve written so much about Spikenard over the years. How it makes the energy in the center of the body free to move it.
But there’s an aspect of Spikenard I haven’t written about much before. It’s about how it supports recovery from hidden sexual energy trauma.
Obvious sexual trauma isn’t that difficult to get over really…. once you face it and face it, it stops scaring you, and your sense of identity goes beyond the victim-hood of that experience and you move on.
But hidden sexual trauma is a whole other game. Hidden sexual trauma need not be caused by sexual assault the way we know it as sexual assault. The body and psyche and subconscious considers any attack on the SELF as sexual assault because we ARE our sexual being.
For example if someone curses us for being the child of our parents, our subconscious considers that sexual assault. And if that’s buried in us, it shows up in our sexual function as a debilitation or withdrawal from shame.
That’s just one example.
We’re particularly susceptible to this as children and many adults carry sexual trauma they cannot understand because as adults sexuality in our perception gets separated from the rest of us.
Whereas as children if someone put us down for something innately part of us, that we were born with, we took that as an assault on our sexuality. We felt it even when they didn’t SAY it. A lot of racism is sexual assault. A lot of bullying is sexual assault. Denying children something they want because of judging they’re not fit for it, or won’t be able to have or do it, that’s sexual assault.
That’s how the primal subconscious understands it.
Now in most cases this needs no treatment as it resolves on its own.
But there are those so broken inside because of hidden sexual assault done repeatedly, could even be in adulthood, keeping them broken, that their very persona as an adult begins to develop AROUND that, using crutches for support – crutches like the distraction of intellectual pursuit, or drug fueled sport, instead of developing personality and life on the solid flow of their own real sexual energy.
The sign of such a situation is the complete breakdown of life as we know it every few years. When we feel we’ve reached a dead end and there’s just not enough energy in us to keep going. We literally cannot live with ourselves anymore – even though mentally we know we’re wonderful people.
But we actually cannot live with the hidden trauma that’s blocking our sexual energy anymore. We’re just not OK with being our sexual self.
Granddad used to say, “Every crisis is an identity crisis.” And our sexual identity is the base of every other identity.
This is why those with gender confusion find life so difficult – because everything of life is based on sexual identity… everything.
Whole family groups have inherited sexual trauma from their very identity being denied; Made to feel ashamed for being their birth identity.
Anything that says to us, “You HAVE to change what you cannot change about yourself,” that is sexual assault. It forces us to cut off our natural energy flow and assume an alien energy pattern in which our sexual energy will never flow right, causing short circuits regularly.
The solution for us, is to re-develop sexual identity from scratch, validating our own selves. Not relying on others to recognize who we are, but recognizing and honoring our own selves.
That means never suppressing sexual energy when it flows of its own self. It means honoring our natural sexual impulse. It means changing the way we look at ourselves, not imposing a personality on ourselves for the sake of fitting in anywhere, or fitting an ideal, but allowing the natural expression of our primal self to come out in every day life.
For those who need such support, whose very energy of being, has been suppressed, manipulated, treated bad, the beautiful Spikenard which is one of nature’s greatest sources of Melatonin – the hormone that helps one sleep – is a beautiful support, aid and inspiration.
This beautiful flower blooms high up in the mountains, blooming sweetly and freely, in lonely hidden places without caring one whit for what anyone thinks of it. Its root, Nard is a universally known symbol of love, made famous by the ‘Song of Solomon’ in the Bible.
Any weakness of the body has been treated with Spikenard since time immemorial and I believe they call it an ‘adaptogen’ these days.
You can get the essential oil and rub it on your wrists at bed-time. Some find it too strong. But if you need it, you’ll like it. You can get some root and put a strand or two into your tea every evening. It can be sleep inducing.
But most of the time, it’s passion inducing.

I’ve been recently advised by an internet article on how to get more business from my website, to end every article with a ‘Call to Action’.
So here’s this article’s Call to Action.
