The Crow-Rat-Lizard-Mite principle and 3 ways to wake up the body’s natural balancing mechanisms

One day when I was very frustrated with a whole lot of problems that were all feeding off each other, the Crow-Rat-Lizard-Mite principle came to me and made things clear.

Imagine you have a beautiful but delicate carpet that for some reason has gotten infested with mites in an area. You don’t want to bleach or do anything there that could ruin the carpet itself, but you do have to get the mites out immediately.

In comes a lizard and carefully picks out the mites. But lizard grows fat and happy and decides to live there.

You need the lizard out and whoa, there comes a rat and gobbles up the fat lazy lizard who can’t even run anymore.

But oh no oh no, there’s a rat on the carpet. But lo and behold just as you were going to scream, a crow lands on the window sill and then hops in and goes for the rat and gets it.

Now the crow is obviously not going to live in the room even if it wants to, it’s too big for the room and the room is not its habitat. You shoo it out and it’s gone, with it, the rat, the lizard and the mites.

Life uses this method to heal – whether a life or a body or an ecosystem.

So if you have a complicated bunch of conditions that seem to feed off each other in cycles, relax, healing will happen.

What you can do to support your body through this process, is to build resistance to imbalance, because that’s what caused the problem in the first place. There are many ways to do this, but I will tell about what I know, about herbs.
