Description

Heartworm infestation in dogs can be treated quite safely naturally by supporting the dog’s immunity and internal parasite clean-up system. If you live in an area where mosquitoes thrive, using this treatment in preventative doses of 10 drops twice a day, two days a week should keep your dog in the clear.

If your dog has been diagnosed with a heartworm infestation, the dose is 10 drops twice a day until you find he or she is breathing better and there is a marked increase in overall vitality.

While some herbs can be overly strong, this combination is both stimulating and soothing so you’ll find your dog fighting the parasites without feeling the burn of it.
I use in this herbal treatment for heartworm infestation, the following four ingredients:
Wormwood, Prickly Pear Cactus, Hawthorn, Pomegranate

Wormwood‘s a reliable natural parasite killer. Back in the day just wormwood was enough to deal with any parasite in the body. Wormwood from a high quality high-vitality source is a poison for parasites and an immune stimulant for mammals like dogs.

Prickly Pear Cactus is an emollient and soother of the body. It supports the dog in the elimination of the worms and and larvae (worm’s eggs). Very importantly it supports weakened muscles like the heart, the lungs and the food pipe, in the involuntary movements (like peristalsis) that are required to be robust to deal with the infestation. It is therefore a huge aid to the successful complete treatment of heartworm in dogs.

Hawthorn is powerful heart and circulatory support, both of which a dog dealing with heartworm could use.

My Pomegranate extract of peel and leaf is a huge rush of vital energy that supports purification in every area of the dog’s body. It makes the whole process of killing off the worms and throwing them out so much faster, and easier on the dog’s system overall. It is a specific support for the cleansing of the blood vessels.

Pomegranate peel would work as a de-wormer on its own in a very strong dose. This way however, in combination with the others, a more thorough job is done – by supporting the dog’s vitality so he or she not only gets rid of the infestation but feels a whole lot better through the process and deals with several surrounding issues like weakened immunity, blood vessels and organs.
