Troublemaker Herbs to Change Life Mood

Dear Ed,

Of late I’ve come across more and more people struggling with letting go of what I call “life mood” to be able to move ahead.

An example of this is in how when we want to lose weight (for example) we know what we must do, but we don’t or give up at some point because of a lack of something. That something is the ability to change our life mood or consciousness.

A life mood is a consciousness or state of soul we are in long term. Sometimes weeks or months, sometimes years, sometimes lifetimes. Continue reading

Healing a Broken Central Nervous Core Meridian or Sushumna Nadi

Dear Ed,

There is a very common condition that modern medicine doesn’t address at all. The symptoms are treated, but not the cause. Perhaps, because it is such a daunting and intimidating prospect. Only the brave dare to even comprehend this condition let alone attempt to heal it. It is so much easier to simply live with the suffering than rise up against such a condition.

I’m talking about the condition where the central core nadi, or energy filament of the body, in the spine, called the “sushumna” in traditional hatha yoga, breaks. Continue reading

Nervous Frequency Stability – Herbs, Holistic Attitude

The case of the raw pink pigmentation marks, diabetes, nervous system frequency; Herbs to 1) Strengthen the nervous system, 2) Repair Nerves and 3) Support Nervous Clarity; Granddad tells me how we can return to healing like our bodies healed in teenage years

Dear Ed,

I recently was reminded of the power of plant poisons in treating attacks on the energy field or nervous system frequency.

As someone who has been involved with herbal medicine one way or another all my life, it’s always been obvious to me that there are several conditions that are not addressed as simply as “this symptom can be cured by this herb.” Continue reading

Holistic Lucid Dreaming; Datura & Brugmansia; Dissolving Conscious Brain resistance to the Subconscious

How to start lucid dreaming spontaneously without the energy drain and hormonal imbalance; Dissolving the conscious brain’s resistance to the subconscious brain; How upward facing Datura and downward facing Brugmansia help resolve identity crises to remove energy blocks.

Ed, lucid dreaming, or being aware in one’s sleep, with that, “I am dreaming this,” awareness, is something people seek out when they feel they’re unable to come to grips with something in their waking state, when they sense that there’s something happening in their dream state that they’d like to become mentally aware of. For example, a whole lot of people feel attacked or drained in the dream state and want to learn lucid dreaming to defend themselves. Continue reading

Herbs to Undo & Recover from Fearfulness, Organ specific Sound Vibrations, Fear vs. Pleasure

The energetic pattern of Fear in the body; Sound vibrations to release particular organ tension and pain; Herbs to undo fear pause in the body; Undoing the Habit of Fear with Pleasure

Ed, I went deep into Taoist Yoga at one time, and it really helped me through some hard times. I don’t do it much anymore because you have to move on from method into freedom or you get stuck. You train your body to manage energy a certain way and this is good for temporary healing but in the long term the body has to be manifested second by second by the heart, and not according to a mental pattern however helpful it was at one time. Traumatized Dream States and Sleep Trauma – Recovery with Herbs

When we’re sleeping, we’re vulnerable in many ways but protected too in many ways.

How we’re vulnerable, is because our conscious mind which remembers the boundaries we’ve set for our lives is then resting, so experiences we would not allow ourselves to have while “awake” get through and a lot of them are nasty.

How we’re protected is, while our conscious mind is resting, the deception and delusion about reality we hold while awake is put aside for the moment, and our subconscious mind which is vastly wiser than our conscious mind could ever be, being the repository of inherited racial and genetic memory, can deal with problems the conscious mind cannot. Herbal Energies to Cope with Isolation and Recover from Isolation Trauma

Herbs are not like pills which while being ‘active’ do not carry living consciousness. Herbs have consciousness just like us and that is why they are the medicine of choice and instinct for animals in our world.

They have the nutrients to help our bodies when we’re running low. And they have the natural intelligence and consciousness to help out emotionally and spiritually so we can really heal and not just be helped in the moment.

For those who are or feel isolated, herbs are a gentle friend to help us find our way. Continue reading

The Bottles in my Bag

The 4 bottles are one each for:

General Emergencies
Shock & Nervous Support
Wound First Aid
Pain Killer

My Granddad would’ve laughed at these. A bottle of Scottish whisky is what the great solver of everyone’s problems went about with. My other Granddad who was a doctor in the Army, swore by Irish Guiness which he even used to help women in labor.

But me being such a good girl and upstanding citizen, I carry around four little bottles of herbs. They’ve met all our emergency needs for years. Continue reading
