Herbs for Brain Healing & Recovery

Dear Ed,
Many people have been emailing, messaging and so on asking about herbs for brain recovery. I’ve already written a lot about this in the past, but here’s a sort of summary.

To heal the brain, we need to do two things.
1) Restore or keep up blood circulation to it.
2) Stabilize nervous electricity.

Herbs to restore or keep up blood circulation to the Brain

All brain problems that are chronic or long-term ultimately come down to this one thing. There are so many reasons blood circulation to the head can be restricted. The following is just a little preview off the top of my head of which herbs help with which condition. These herbs will have to be taken in some form or another on a somewhat long term basis as the body’s very way of managing energy has settled into a habit and the habit has to be changed, which takes weeks, months, maybe years if there is buried trauma. Trauma Miasma and Infectious Diseases

What is a Miasma? How does Trauma spread? What makes us susceptible to catching trauma? What stops the spread of miasmas? How can we protect ourselves from miasmas?

Dear Ed,

I wish I weren’t an expert on trauma miasmas. I wish I hadn’t found out the way I did, the truth about trauma hormones being used to induce particular types of illness patterns in people.

But I did, Ed and I do know more about it than anyone else I know. We’re being exposed to trauma miasmas on such a huge level everyday that it would be positively criminal not to publish information on it at this time. Continue reading

Spin Breaker Herbs – Holistic Relief from Emotional and Energy Blocks

Dear Ed,

I wrote to you about herbs that demagnetize the body, so the body can regenerate itself instead of being stuck in the same patterns over and over.

Similar to those herbs, Ed, but working on a slightly different level, are what I call “Spin Breaker Herbs”.

There’s the magnetic field, Ed, formed by us as we do our daily routine in the physical place, our physical body, occupies. Demagnetizing the body with fresh air, changing the metabolism of the body, and demagnetizing influences such as herbs, all help. Continue reading

The Predator Cycle Principle of Holistic Healing

I describe the Predator Cycle method which nature uses when the very core and fiber of a structure is too weak for the usual healing processes to work.

Dear Ed,

I was recently reminded of the predator cycle principle of healing.

One afternoon, a whole ten years ago, when I was very ill, very alone and very helpless, I was in bed dozing.

As I dozed I saw a strange dream. You know those dreams in which you’re in the same place as you are, but you’re not sleeping, you’re awake and something’s happening that’s not happening in reality? Continue reading

The 4 levels of Poison and how to effectively de-toxify

The 4 levels on which poisons work – Blood, Water; Electricity and Consciousness – and how to remove them holistically.

Dear Ed,

Believe it or not, I first wrote this article in 2013, while at very close quarters to a snake – on the other side of the skinny bedroom wall – in a tiny guesthouse under a cliff that broke rain clouds, so that building was half sunk into the mud because of the constant deluge. I was terrified initially, but there was nowhere else I could go and after about 15 minutes sensing the snake, I began to actually feel calmed by it. I have nothing but loving memories and gratefulness for that encounter. That night in bits and pieces as I dozed this article came to me. Here it is, edited for now. Continue reading

Thymus – Our Intelligence High Command

Wherein I describe to Ed, the angel that sits on the heart, the Thymus, how it is indispensable at any age, how it manages our response to new and unforeseen situations; the folly of undermining its authority with artificial immunity, the methods that support it, and the herbs that support the revival of natural intelligence in the body and life.

Dear Ed,

In my teens, I often used to help out with sick children – in situations where a parent had to deal with two or three ill children at the same time and so on. Continue reading

Herbs to Release Pent-up Rage

Anger that isn’t released becomes Rage. There are so very many physical conditions that are the result of anger bottled up that I cannot list them here.

There’s a simple rule of thumb. If you’re attracted to this topic, you most probably have pent up rage or someone you care about deeply, who influences you deeply has it.

These herbs have been my friends through the worst times of my life and I present them to you as I got to know them.

This is not a comprehensive list of all they are and do, just what I have been privileged to come to know of. They are living spirits and have different relationships with each person. Continue reading

Traumatized Dream States and Sleep Trauma – Recovery with Herbs

When we’re sleeping, we’re vulnerable in many ways but protected too in many ways.

How we’re vulnerable, is because our conscious mind which remembers the boundaries we’ve set for our lives is then resting, so experiences we would not allow ourselves to have while “awake” get through and a lot of them are nasty.

How we’re protected is, while our conscious mind is resting, the deception and delusion about reality we hold while awake is put aside for the moment, and our subconscious mind which is vastly wiser than our conscious mind could ever be, being the repository of inherited racial and genetic memory, can deal with problems the conscious mind cannot. Our Lord’s Wood, Maid’s Ruin – Southernwood or Artimisia Abrotanum

A major cause of nerve pain, neuropathy and some of the weirdest problems like damaged hearing, sudden temporary blindness, and various other sensory organ malfunction that do not seem to respond to the usual herbs that support brain function, can be helped by this wonder herb.

Southernwood, or Southern Wormwood or Artimisia Abrotanum, relieves the static electricity that keeps nerve endings clinging or resisting contact with the other nerve endings because of being in a state of suspended animation. Continue reading

When Illnesses Feed Off Each Other, Build Resistance to Imbalance

One day when I was very frustrated with a whole lot of problems that were all feeding off each other, the Crow-Rat-Lizard-Mite principle came to me and made things clear.

Imagine you have a beautiful but delicate carpet that for some reason has gotten infested with mites in an area. You don’t want to bleach or do anything there that could ruin the carpet itself, but you do have to get the mites out immediately.

In comes a lizard and carefully picks out the mites. But lizard grows fat and happy and decides to live there. Continue reading
